Oslona znicza Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac oslony znicza prze- jawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i elementach zdobniczych. Znane sa oslony, które maja ksztalt prostych bryl zdobionych motywa- mi wzorami zblizonymi do figur geometrycznych oraz róznorodnych zlobien i wypuklosci. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysun- ku, na którym fig.1 pokazuje widok sciany zblizonej do owalu, fig.2 przekrój poprzeczny od strony owalnej sciany, fig.3 widok bocznych scian a fig.4 wi- dok poprzeczny od strony bocznej sciany Oslona znicza pokazana na fig.1 do fig.4 jest polaczeniem niskiej wal- cowej podstawy, na której osadzona jest czesc bedaca stozkiem scietym, na którym posadowiona jest byla zlozona z dwóch scian zblizonych do elipsy z wcieciami i wypuklosciami rozmieszczonym po obu stronach krótszej osi symetrii na polowie dluzszej osi symetrii. Ten ksztalt podkreslony jest wy- pukla identyczna linia biegnaca w nieduzej odleglosci od krawedzi tejze scia- ny. Sciany zdobione sa rysunkiem, który ksztaltem zblizony jest do rombu, przy czym miejsce przeciecia sie jego przekatnych pokrywaja sie z miejscem przeciecia sie osi symetrii elipsy. Pole rombu podzielone jest liniami rozcho- dzacymi sie promieniscie z miejsca przeciecia sie przekatnych a sciany maja wypuklosci i wglebienia stylizujace go na kwiat. Obie te sciany lacza dwie boczne prostokatne sciany z nieregularnymi równoleglymi do siebie zlobie- niami. Tak utworzona bryla w czesci górnej przechodzi w niski walcowy element. Covers are known that have the shape of simple shapes decorated with motifs, patterns similar to geometric figures, and various grooves and convexities. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of a wall approximately oval, Fig. 2 a cross-section from the oval wall, Fig. 3 a view of the side walls, and Fig. 4 a cross-section from the side wall. The grave candle enclosure shown in Figs. 1 to 4 is a combination of a low cylindrical base, on which a truncated cone is mounted, on which sits a section composed of two walls approximately ellipse-shaped with indentations and convexities arranged on both sides of the shorter axis of symmetry at half the longer axis of symmetry. This shape is emphasized by an identical convex line running a short distance from the edge of that wall. The walls are decorated with a design resembling a rhombus, with the intersection of its diagonals aligning with the intersection of the ellipse's axes of symmetry. The rhombus's area is divided by lines radiating from the intersection of the diagonals, and the walls have convexities and recesses stylizing it as a flower. Both of these walls are connected by two rectangular side walls with irregular, parallel grooves. The resulting shape transitions into a low, cylindrical element at the top. The whole is finished with a two-element collar.- 2 - Essential features of the industrial design The cover of the candle according to the industrial design is a combination of a low cylindrical base on which a part is mounted which is a truncated cone, on which is mounted a part composed of two walls close to an ellipse with indentations and convexities placed on both sides of the shorter axis of symmetry on half of the longer axis of symmetry, this shape is emphasized by a convex identical line running a short distance from the edge of this wall, and both these walls are decorated with a drawing which is similar in shape to a rhombus, where the intersection of its diagonals coincides with the intersection of the axes of symmetry of the ellipse, and its area is divided by lines radiating from the intersection of the diagonals, while The walls have convexities and recesses stylizing it as a flower, and both of these walls are connected by two rectangular side walls with irregular, parallel grooves, and the thus created solid in the upper part turns into a low, cylindrical element, and the whole is finished with a two-element collar, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
