Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - zawieszki typu „charm", przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany przykladowo z zóltego zlota z diamentami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach - Fig. 1 - widok z przodu, Fig. 2 - widok z tylu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: ksztalt zawieszki stylizowany na torebke. Torebka zólta ozdobiona w górnej czesci przepaska wysadzana kamieniami, a u podstawy czterema trójkatnymi karejkami. The essence of the industrial design is a new and unique form of the product - a "charm" pendant, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design is made, for example, of yellow gold with diamonds. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations - Fig. 1 - front view, Fig. 2 - back view. Essential features of the industrial design: the shape of the pendant is stylized as a handbag. The yellow handbag is decorated with a band set with stones in the upper part and four triangular charms at the base. The elements with stones are rhodium-plated.
