Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac kompletu bizuterii - pierscionka, zawieszki i kolczyków - przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo z bialego zlota z brylantami i tanzanitem. Pierscionek wg wzoru posiada góre jak w zawieszce, szyne o przekroju prostokatnym lekko zaokraglana, od mniej wiecej 1 / 2 wysokosci ozdobiona na górnej powierzchni kamieniami. (Fig. 1 , 1a, 1b) Zawieszka wg wzoru posiada kamien w ksztalcie lezki mocowany na dwie krapy w szczycie zakuty na „V". Kamien otoczony jest grubym brzegiem w ksztalcie lezki wysadzanym kamieniami. Zewnetrzna krawedz ozdobiona wyraznym milgryfem. (Fig. 2, 2a, 2b) Kolczyki wedlug wzoru mocowane na sztyft, zbudowane jak zawieszka. (Fig. 3, 3a, 3b) Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: posiadajacy indywidualny2 charakter komplet bizuterii - pierscionek, zawieszka i kolczyki - charakterystycznie skomponowany, gdzie poszczególne elementy maja kamien w ksztalcie lezki mocowany na dwie krapy w szczycie zakuty na „V". Kamien otoczony jest grubym brzegiem w ksztalcie lezki wysadzanym kamieniami. The essence of an industrial design is the new and unique form of the jewelry set—ring, pendant, and earrings—revealed in its original design and workmanship. The design can be made, for example, of white gold with diamonds and tanzanite. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where Fig. 1 - view of the ring, Fig. 1a - view of the ring setting, Fig. 1b - side view of the ring, Fig. 2 - view of the pendant, Fig. 2a - side view of the pendant, Fig. 2b - back view of the pendant, Fig. 3 - view of the earrings, Fig. 3a - front and side views of the earrings, Fig. 3b - back view of the earrings. The ring according to the design has a top like that of the pendant, a slightly rounded rectangular cross-section bar, decorated with stones on approximately 1/2 of its height on the upper surface. (Fig. 1, 1a, 1b) The pendant according to the design has a teardrop-shaped stone attached with two prongs and set in a "V" shape at the top. The stone is surrounded by a thick, teardrop-shaped rim set with stones. The outer edge is decorated with a distinctive milgrif. (Fig. 2, 2a, 2b) The earrings, following the design, are attached with a stud, constructed like a pendant. (Fig. 3, 3a, 3b) Significant features of the industrial design: a unique jewelry set—ring, pendant, and earrings—characteristically composed, with individual elements featuring a teardrop-shaped stone attached with two prongs at the top, set in a "V" shape. The stone is surrounded by a thick, teardrop-shaped rim set with stones.
