Bransoleta Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bransoleta. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - bransolety, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany przykladowo z bialego i zóltego zlota z brylantami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji - Fig. 1-3, gdzie: - Fig. 1 - widok bransolety, - Fig. 2 i 3 - widok fragmentu bransolety w zblizeniu; Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: bransoleta zbudowana z szeregu kwadratowych ogniw na podbudowie polaczonych przegubowo. Ogniwo zbudowane w ten sposób, ze po zewnetrznych stronach wierzchniej powierzchni poprowadzono dwie przepaski wysadzane kamieniami. W srodku umieszczono po przekatnej kwadratowy bialy element ozdobiony poczwórna karejka. W naroznikach zewnetrznej ramki - trójkatne karejki. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the bracelet, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design is made, for example, of white and yellow gold with diamonds. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration - Fig. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 - view of the bracelet, - Fig. 2 and 3 - close-up views of a fragment of the bracelet; Essential features of the industrial design: the bracelet is composed of a series of square links on a substructure, connected by an articulated joint. The link is constructed so that two bands set with stones run along the outer sides of the upper surface. In the center, a square white element decorated with a quadruple checker is placed diagonally. The corners of the outer frame contain triangular checker plates.
