Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany przykladowo z bialego zlota z diamentami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek zbudowany z dwóch podobnych do siebie elementów. Jednego gladkiego, lekko zaokraglonego i drugiego szerszego wysadzanego dwoma rzedami kamieni. Kamienie w rzedach oprawione w korny w ten sposób, ze kamien z jednego rzedu wypada jak gdyby miedzy kamieniami drugiego rzedu. Oba elementy polaczono nakladajac element z kamieniami na element gladki i lekko przesuwajac wokól osi pierscionka. Tak polaczone elementy przechodza z dwóch stron we wspólna szyne zwezajaca sie ku dolowi i lekko zaokraglona. 12 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig.3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a ring. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design is made, for example, of white gold with diamonds. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 – a view of the ring, - Fig. 2 – a view of the ring setting, - Fig. 3 – a side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: a ring composed of two similar elements. One smooth, slightly rounded, and the other wider, set with two rows of stones. The stones in the rows are set in corners so that the stone from one row appears to fall between the stones of the other row. Both elements are connected by placing the stone-set element on the smooth element and slightly moving it around the ring's axis.
