Przedmiotem wynalazku jest opryskiwacz sadowniczy do opryskiwania krzewów owocowych, zwłaszcza porzeczek i agrestu.The subject of the invention is an orchard sprayer for spraying fruit bushes, especially currants and gooseberries.

Znany jest opryskiwacz sadowniczy z polskiego zgłoszenia wynalazku nr P 263 848 , opublikowanego w SUP nr 4/88, zawieszany na ciągniku, wyposażony w ramę z zamocowaną do niej nośną belką, do której na trzpieniu obrotowo osadzona jest belka kratowa zaopatrzona w rozpylacze rozmieszczone wzdłuż jej długości oraz w dwie prowadnice poziome, w których suwliwie umieszczone są ramiona bocznych lanc z umieszczonymi na nich rozpylaczami. Do prowadnic, w połowie ich długości, zamocowane są uchwyty, w których przesuwnie jest umieszczony rozdzielacz krzewów wyposażony w trójkątny dziób oraz środkową lancę z rozpylaczami. Belka kratowa może się obracać na trzpieniu, co umożliwia jej robocze ustawienie, po zablokowaniu odpowiednią listwą wychylną, i położenie transportowe. Opryskiwacz sadowniczy według wynalazku charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada ramę główną o zarysie tunelu, zamocowaną jednym bokiem do boku ciągnika rolniczego o zmienionym układzie kół jezdnych przy pomocy ramy przedniej i tylnej, które zamocowane są z przodu ciągnika i do tylnego mostu, przy czym drugi bok ramy głównej podparty jest jednym z kół przednich ciągnika, a ponadto do ramy głównej zamocowane są dwie osłony boczne, prowadzące krzewy, oraz ramy z dyszami rozpylającymi, a na ramie zamocowany jest opasujący ją tunel powietrzny z wentylatorem. Opryskiwacz sadowniczy według wynalazku składa się z ramy głównej 2 o zarysie tunelu, która jest jednym bokiem zamocowana do boku ciągnika 1 za pośrednictwem ramy przedniej 3 mocowanej z przodu ciągnika 1 i ramy tylnej 4 zamocowanej do tylnego mostu. Orchard sprayer for spraying fruit bushes, especially currants and gooseberries, mounted on a tractor, equipped with a support frame, liquid sprayers, as well as a liquid tank, pump and set of hoses, characterized in that it is equipped with a main frame (2) with the outline of a tunnel, one side attached to the side of the tractor (1) with a changed arrangement of road wheels by means of the front (3) and rear (4) frames attached to the front of the tractor (1) and to its rear axle, and supported by the other side on the front wheel ( 6) of the tractor (1), with two side covers (20) and (21) guiding bushes and frames (24) and (25) with spray nozzles (19) attached to the main frame (2), and on the main frame ( 2) there is a surrounding air tunnel (22) with a fan (23) attached.
