Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany przykladowo z bialego i zóltego zlota z brylantem. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek z oprawa koniczna, czterokrapowa na podbudowie, bialej. Szyna zólta pólokragla pogrubiajaca sie przy oprawie i wyostrzona ku wierzchniej powierzchni. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design is made, for example, of white and yellow gold with a diamond. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 – a view of the ring, - Fig. 2 – a view of the ring setting, - Fig. 3 – a side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: the ring has a conical, four-point setting on a white base. The yellow semicircular rail thickens at the setting and sharpens towards the top surface.
