Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek z biala, koniczna oprawa kwadratowa na podbudowie. Krapy posiada okragle. Szyna pierscionka jest biala zwezajaca sie ku oprawie i pogrubiajaca sie. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design is made of white gold and diamond. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 – a view of the ring, - Fig. 2 – a view of the ring setting, - Fig. 3 – a side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: the ring has a white, conical square setting on a base. The prongs are round. The ring's rail is white, tapering towards the setting and thickening.
