Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie 1, na Fig.3 - widok zegarka w odmianie 2. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka damskiego, posiadajacego wydluzona koperte stalowa charakterystycznie zdobiona - wysadzana 12 cyrkoniami, wskazówkowy mechanizm kwarcowy, tarcze pokryta biala masa perlowa z dwoma wskaznikami w formie kresek (indeksy) odpowiadajacymi godzinie 6 oraz 12; szklo mineralne, stalowa bransolete. Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia z tarcza pokryta czarna masa perlowa (Fig. 2). Wzór wedlug odmiany 2 charakteryzuje sie postacia z koperta i bransoleta stalowa pozlacana w kolorze zóltego zlota, tarcza pokryta szampanska masa perlowa (Fig.3). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: wzór zegarka - damskiego, ksztalt koperty wydluzonej oraz charakterystycznie zdobionej 12 cyrkoniami, tarcza pokryta masa perlowa z dwoma wskaznikami w formie kresek (indeksy) odpowiadajacymi godzinie 6 oraz 12, stalowa bransoleta laczona z ogniw.2 Fig. 13 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a watch. The industrial design and design variations are shown in the attached illustrations Figs. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 - a view of the watch in variation 1, and Fig. 3 - a view of the watch in variation 2. The design is characterized by the individual shape of a women's watch, having an elongated steel case characteristically decorated with 12 cubic zirconias, a pointer quartz movement, a dial covered with white mother-of-pearl with two line-shaped indicators (indices) corresponding to 6 and 12 o'clock; mineral glass, and a steel bracelet. Design variant 1 is characterized by a dial covered with black mother-of-pearl (Fig. 2). Design variant 2 is characterized by a steel case and bracelet gilded in yellow gold, and a dial covered with champagne mother-of-pearl (Fig. 3). Essential features of the industrial design: the design of a women's watch, the shape of the case is elongated and characteristically decorated with 12 cubic zirconias, the dial is covered with mother-of-pearl with two indicators in the form of lines (indices) corresponding to 6 and 12 o'clock, the steel bracelet is made of combined links.2 Fig. 13 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PL
