Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 -3, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej, na Fig. 3 - widok zegarka w odmianie drugiej. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka damskiego, posiadajacego koperte i bransolete stalowa, koperte wydluzona zblizona ksztaltem do prostokata, wskazówkowy mechanizm kwarcowy, tarcze stalowa z czterema wskaznikami - dwa w formie grotów strzalek (indeksy) w miejscu odpowiadajacym godzinie 3 i 9, a dwa w formie cyfry arabskiej 6 i 12 w miejscu odpowiadajacym godzinie 6 i 12, wskazówki w kolorze stalowym, charakterystyczna miekka bransolete, szklo mineralne (Fig. 1). Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z czarna cieniowana tarcza (Fig.2). Wzór wedlug odmiany 2 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z koperta i bransoleta stalowa w kolorze zlota, tarcza w kolorze szampanskim, wskaznikami (indeksami) oraz wskazówkami w kolorze zlota (Fig.3). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: ksztalt zegarka damskiego, charakterystyczna koperta i bransoleta stalowa, koperta wydluzona, zblizona ksztaltem do prostokata, tarcza z czterema wskaznikami - dwa w formie grotów strzalek (indeksy) w miejscu odpowiadajacym godzinie 3 i 9, a dwa w formie cyfry arabskiej 6 i 12 w miejscu odpowiadajacym godzinie 6 i 12.2 Fig. 13 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig.3 PL PLThe industrial design is a watch. The industrial design and its variations are shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 shows the first variation of the watch, and Fig. 3 shows the second variation of the watch. The design is characterized by the unique shape of a women's watch, featuring a steel case and bracelet, an elongated case roughly rectangular in shape, a pointer-operated quartz movement, a steel dial with four indicators - two in the form of arrowheads (indices) at 3 and 9 o'clock, and two in the form of Arabic numerals 6 and 12 at 6 and 12 o'clock, steel-colored hands, a distinctive soft bracelet, and mineral glass (Fig. 1). The design according to variation 1 is characterized by the form of a watch with a black shaded dial (Fig. 2). The design according to variant 2 is characterized by the form of a watch with a gold-colored steel case and bracelet, a champagne-colored dial, gold-colored indicators (indices) and hands (Fig. 3). Essential features of the industrial design: the shape of a women's watch, a characteristic steel case and bracelet, an elongated case, roughly rectangular in shape, a dial with four indicators - two in the form of arrowheads (indices) at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions, and two in the form of Arabic numerals 6 and 12 at the 6 and 12 o'clock positions.2 Fig. 13 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PL
