Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej, na Fig. 3 - widok zegarka w odmianie drugiej. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka damskiego, posiadajacego koperte i bransolete stalowa koperte wydluzona, mechanizm kwarcowy, tarcze o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata, stalowa z czterema wskaznikami w formie kresek (indeksy) - przy czym dwa z nich sa krótsze w miejscu odpowiadajacym godzinie 3 i 9, wskazówki w kolorze stalowym, charakterystyczna miekka stalowa bransolete, szklo mineralne (Fig. 1). Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z czarna tarcza (Fig.2). Wzór wedlug odmiany 2 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z koperta i bransoleta stalowa w kolorze zlota, tarcza w kolorze szampanskim / zlotym, wskaznikami (indeksami) oraz wskazówkami w kolorze zlota (Fig.3). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: ksztalt zegarka damskiego, charakterystyczna koperta i bransoleta stalowa, koperta wydluzona, tarcza o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata/kwadratu z czterema wskaznikami w formie kresek (indeksy) - w miejscu odpowiadajacym godzinie 3 i 9, przy czym dwa z nich sa krótsze, charakterystyczna miekka bransoleta.2 Fig. 13 F ig .1 Fig. 2 Fig.3 PL PLThe industrial design is a watch. The industrial design and design variations are shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 shows the first version of the watch, and Fig. 3 shows the second version of the watch. The design is characterized by the unique shape of a women's watch, featuring an elongated steel case and bracelet, a quartz movement, a dial roughly rectangular in shape, made of steel, with four line-shaped indicators (indices)—two of which are shorter at 3 and 9 o'clock—steel hands, a distinctive soft steel bracelet, and mineral glass (Fig. 1). The design according to variant 1 is characterized by the form of a watch with a black dial (Fig. 2). The design of variant 2 is characterized by the form of a watch with a gold-colored steel case and bracelet, a champagne/gold-colored dial, gold-colored indicators (indices) and hands (Fig. 3). Essential features of the industrial design: the shape of a women's watch, a characteristic steel case and bracelet, an elongated case, a dial in a shape close to a rectangle/square with four line-shaped indicators (indices) - at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions, two of which are shorter, and a characteristic soft bracelet.2 Fig. 13 F ig .1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PL
