Butelka z nasadka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z nasadka, znajdujaca zastosowanie glównie do konfekcjonowania wyrobów perfumeryjnych. Moga to byc perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody kolonskie, dezodoranty osobiste lub inne plynne wyroby kosmetyczne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Butelka z nasadka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym lysunku, na którym fig. 1 - pokazuje butelke w widoku od spodu, fig.2 - prezentuje butelke w widoku od frontu, natomiast fig.3 - uwidacznia butelke w widoku z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l, fig.2, fig.3 oraz na fotografii, fig.4, nalezyzaliczyc, ze butelka, wyposazona w nasadke jest uksztaltowana w formie bryly i zaopatrzona w rozmieszczona posrodku, na górnej powierzchni szyjke, zakonczona obwodowym pierscieniem. Czesc zbiornikowa butelki jest uformowana jako bryla, która w widoku od frontu ma zarys elipsy. Eliptyczne scianki, frontowa i tylna sa po obu stronach poprzecznej osi wklesle a jednoczesnie zbiezne ku zewnetrznym krawedziom, przez co butelka w widoku z góry i od spodu, najszersza posrodku, zweza sie ku zewnetrznym krawedziom. Spód butelki posiada obwodowa wypuklosc o zarysie okregu. Integralna czescia butelki jest nasadka, uksztaltowana w formie bryly, zblizonej ksztaltem do butelki, osadzonej na osadczym pierscieniu. Nasadka w widoku od frontu, podobnie jak butelka ma zarys elipsy, przy czym jej górna powierzchnia i boczne powierzchnie przypominaja w swej formie fragment powierzchni sferycznej kuli. Scianka frontowa i tylna nasadki, w widoku z boku sa u góry wyprofilowane lukowo a nastepnie zbiezne ku krawedzi zakreslajacej obwód elipsy, ponizej której znajduje sie osadczy pierscien. These may include perfumes, floral waters, colognes, personal deodorants, or other liquid cosmetic products. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, imbued with character through the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. The bottle with a cap, according to the industrial design, is reproducible. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the bottom, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the front, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the side. The industrial design is also presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 4, which illustrates the bottle with a cap from a general view. A bottle with a cap, according to the industrial design, can be made of glass or plastic. The essential features of the industrial design shown in the attached drawings (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3) and in the photograph (Fig. 4) include that the bottle equipped with a cap is shaped as a solid and has a neck positioned centrally on the upper surface, terminating in a circumferential ring. The reservoir portion of the bottle is shaped as a solid, which, when viewed from the front, has an ellipse-like outline. The elliptical walls, front and rear, are concave on both sides of the transverse axis and simultaneously converge towards the outer edges, so that the bottle, when viewed from above and below, is widest in the middle and tapers towards the outer edges. The bottom of the bottle has a circumferential convexity with a circular outline. An integral part of the bottle is the cap, shaped like a solid, similar in shape to the bottle, mounted on a retaining ring. The cap, viewed from the front, like the bottle, has an ellipse-shaped outline, with its top and side surfaces resembling a fragment of a spherical sphere. The front and rear walls of the cap, viewed from the side, are arc-shaped at the top and then converge toward an edge that outlines the circumference of the ellipse, below which is a retaining ring.
