Tkanina obiciowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tkanina obiciowa, znajdujaca zastosowanie w tapicerstwie do wykonywania pokryc mebli wyscielanych. Tkanina moze znajdowac równiez zastosowanie do wykonywania tapicerki samochodowej. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture oraz ornamentacje. The fabric may also be used for automotive upholstery. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with character by lines, contours, shapes, structure, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is presented in the attached photograph Fig. 1 and a material sample Fig. 2. The upholstery fabric, according to the industrial design, is made from natural and/or synthetic fibers. Essential Features of the Industrial Design Among the essential features of the industrial design is that the upholstery fabric has a uniform surface with a rough texture. The fabric surfaces are formed by interpenetrating fine weaves in three different colors. The yarn weaves create a melange of interpenetrating, blending colors.
