Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tapicerowane oparcie i siedzisko krzesla. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów. Oparcie i siedzisko krzesla moze byc wykonywane z róznych materialów elastycznych oraz w dowolnych kolorach. Wzór przemyslowy zostal przedstawiony na fotografiach. Oparcie i siedzisko zostalo zobrazowane na Fig. 1 w widoku ogólnym, a na fotografii Fig. 2 przedstawiono powiekszony widok zarysu rowka na tapicerce. Krzeslo posiada oparcie i siedzisko wykonane z materialu wlóknistego lub innego materialu elastycznego. Oparcie i siedzisko ma na powierzchni rowki o zarysie zblizonym do litery „V", które maja postac linii zblizonych do luku, równoleglych, ukierunkowanych poziomo, rozmieszczonych w równych odstepach. Rowki na siedzisku sa usytuowane w tym samym kierunku jak rowki na oparciu. W rowkach jest widoczny scieg (przeszycie tkaniny). Cechy istotne Istotne cechy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze na tapicerowanym siedzisku i oparciu krzesla wykonanym z materialu wlóknistego, lub materialu elastycznego o podobnym wygladzie, sa rowki o ksztalcie w przekroju zblizonym do litery „V", przy czym rowki w widoku maja postac równoleglych linii prostych usytuowanych pionowo lub poziomo w odstepach. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The backrest and seat of the chair can be made of various flexible materials and in any color. The industrial design is presented in photographs. The backrest and seat are illustrated in Fig. 1 in a general view, and Fig. 2 shows an enlarged view of the groove outline in the upholstery. The chair has a backrest and seat made of a fibrous material or other flexible material. The backrest and seat have grooves on their surfaces, with a shape similar to the letter "V," which are in the form of arc-like lines, parallel, horizontally oriented, and evenly spaced. The grooves on the seat are aligned in the same direction as the grooves on the backrest. A stitch (fabric stitching) is visible in the grooves. Significant features of the industrial design are that the upholstered seat and backrest of the chair made of a fibrous material or a flexible material of similar appearance have grooves in a cross-section similar to the letter "V", where the grooves in the view have the form of parallel straight lines arranged vertically or horizontally at intervals.
