Etykieta syropu „Owocowa Spizarnia" Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta syropu owocowego, przeznaczona do nanoszenia na jednostkowe opakowania szklane. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i oryginalna game kolorystyczna. Efekt estetyczny zapewnia subtelne skomponowanie rysunków imitujacych swieze owoce, ich czesci i listki, nadajac tym swoisty i oryginalny wyglad etykiety. Etykieta przy górnej krawedzi ma tlo w cieniowanym kolorze zielonym, a ponizej, po lewej stronie tlo etykiety jest w cieniowanym kolorze blekitnym. Przy górnej krawedzi etykiety, posrodku jest umieszczony na obszarze wielokata fantazyjny zarys listka, w który jest wkomponowany dwupoziomowy napis, skladajacy sie z kolejno nastepujacych po sobie stylizowanych liter Herbapol ESENCJA NATURY, przy czym obszar wielokata, obrys fantazyjnego listka, jak równiez napis sa w cieniowanym kolorze zielonym, a tlo listka ma barwe jasno bezowa. W centralnej czesci etykiety znajduje sie czerwony, poziomy napis OWOCOWA SPIZARNIA, ponizej którego jest nalozony napis zawierajacy nazwe syropu, odpowiadajaca jego smakowi, a czesc etykiety pod tymi napisami zawiera rysunek przedstawiajacy korespondujace z nazwa swieze owoce z fantazyjnie umieszczonymi ich czastkami i listkami. W poblizu dolnego obrzeza etykiety i jej wypuklosci jest kolisty zarys obszaru imitujacego krople syropu z lukowatym napisem BEZ KONSERWANTÓW, umieszczonym ponad imitacja kropli. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniony na Fig. 1 ma napis Cytryna, bedacy nazwa syropu, odpowiadajaca jego smakowi, a rysunek swiezych owoców przedstawia cytryny w postaci przekrojonej. 23 Druga odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona na Fig. 2 ma napis Zurawina z cytryna, bedacy nazwa syropu, odpowiadajaca jego smakowi, a rysunek swiezych owoców przedstawia owoce zurawiny i przekrojone cytryny z listkami. Trzecia odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona na Fig. 3 ma napis Mandarynka, bedacy nazwa syropu, odpowiadajaca jego smakowi, a rysunek swiezych owoców przedstawia mandarynki i ich czastki. Czwarta odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona na Fig. 4 ma napis Aronia, bedacy nazwa syropu, odpowiadajaca jego smakowi, a rysunek swiezych owoców przedstawia owoce aronii z listkami. The industrial design is a fruit syrup label intended for application to individual glass packaging. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique appearance, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and an original color palette. The aesthetic effect is provided by a subtle composition of drawings imitating fresh fruit, their parts, and leaves, thus giving the label a distinctive and original appearance. The syrup label according to the industrial design in nine variations is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the first variation of the label, Fig. 2 - shows the second variation of the label, Fig. 3 - shows the third variation of the label, Fig. 4 - shows the fourth variation of the label, Fig. 5 - shows the fifth variation of the label, Fig. 6 - shows the sixth variation of the label, Fig. 7 - shows the seventh variation of the label, Fig. 8 - shows the eighth variation of the label, Fig. 9 - shows the ninth variation of the label. The syrup label is characterized by an area with an outline close to a rectangle, where the lower arm is in the shape of an arc slightly bent downwards, which is significantly convex in the middle fragment, imitating a falling drop of syrup. The label at the top edge has a shaded green background, and below, on the left side, the background of the label is shaded blue. At the top edge of the label, in the center, a fanciful outline of a leaf is placed within a polygon, into which a two-level inscription is incorporated, consisting of successive stylized letters: Herbapol ESSENCE OF NATURE. The polygon, the outline of the fanciful leaf, and the inscription are shaded green, while the leaf's background is light beige. In the central part of the label, a red, horizontal inscription: FRUITS OF PANTRY, appears. Below this inscription is an inscription containing the syrup's name, corresponding to its flavor. The part of the label below these inscriptions contains an image of fresh fruit corresponding to the name, with their segments and leaves whimsically placed. Near the lower edge of the label and its convexity, is a circular outline of an area imitating syrup drops, with the arched inscription: NO PRESERVATIVES, placed above the imitation drop. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 has the inscription "Cytryna," which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavor, and the image of fresh fruit depicts lemons in cross-section. The second variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 has the inscription "Curawina z lecina," which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavor, and the image of fresh fruit depicts cranberries and cut lemons with leaves. The third variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 has the inscription "Mandarin," which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavor, and the image of fresh fruit depicts tangerines and their segments. The fourth variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 has the inscription "Aronia," which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavor, and the image of fresh fruit depicts chokeberries with leaves. The fifth variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 5 has the inscription "Malina z zurawina," which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavor, and the illustration of fresh fruit depicts raspberries and cranberries with leaves. The sixth variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 6 has the inscription "Malina z dzika róża," which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavor, and the illustration of fresh fruit depicts raspberries, rosehips, and leaves. The seventh variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 7 has the inscription "Kiwi," which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavor, and the illustration of fresh fruit depicts cross-sectioned kiwi fruits. The eighth variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 8 has the inscription "Strawberry," which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavor, and the illustration of fresh fruit depicts strawberries, including several fruits with stalk remnants. The ninth variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 9 has the inscription Grapefruit, which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its taste, and the drawing of fresh fruit shows a cross-section of grapefruit with two leaves.
