The essence of the industrial design is the new and individual character of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours and shapes and by decorative motifs, distinguishing the graphic design and color range. The aesthetic effect is provided by the subtle composition of a quadrangle with the name "ZIELNIK POLSKI" and the name of the herbal tea with drawings of fresh leaves and/or herbal flowers and optionally fruit, indicating the individual taste of the herbal tea, giving the label a specific and original appearance. The label of the herbal tea "ZIELNIK POLSKI" is characterized by the fact that it has an area in the shape of a rectangle with a green background gradually changing into dark green in the upper part. In the middle of the label from the top down there is a composition of a stylized leaf built into a quadrangle with right angles. The stylized leaf has a light green background and a fanciful shape given by a dark green outline. The leaf is placed centrally and horizontally across the quadrangle, approximately halfway up its length, with the leaf's width slightly greater than the quadrangle's, so that the leaf's tips lie outside the quadrangle's area. The quadrangle's lower and upper western edges are dark green, which gradually lightens inward, becoming a medium-saturated green along the leaf's outline, with yellow accents on the left side, stronger above the leaf than below it. The quadrangle is highlighted by a thin, white border, underlined by an outer, grey shading, bold towards the bottom.PL 17506 3 Below, in the central part of the label, there is a quadrangle with slightly concave sides, surrounded by a double frame: the outer one - dark gold and the inner one - gold. The quadrangle has dark green, diagonal elements applied from the inside in the corners, a light beige background and the side and bottom contours highlighted with dark green shadows. The upper part of the quadrangle features a two-level inscription reading "ZIELNIK POLSKI" (the slightly wider word "ZIELNIK" above the narrower word "POLSKI"), with all letters capitalized and in a slightly bold, dark green font. The lower part of the quadrangle has a contrasting background and contains the name of the herbal tea. The lower part of the label is dark green, convex at the top and bordered by a dark gold band. It contains information regarding the herbal tea's ingredients, in large, white letters. In the background of the rectangle with the inscription POLISH HERBARY and below it to the bottom of the label there are colored drawings depicting fresh leaves and/or flowers of herbs and possibly fruits, corresponding to the taste of the herbal tea marked with a given variety and the label according to the pattern, for which the optical effect of three-dimensionality and freshness was achieved by local lightening and darkening of the colors used, which additionally creates the impression of their strong illumination and reflection of light by the shiny surfaces. The second variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 is named MELISA Melissae folium (the word MELISA in large, bold beige letters, highlighted with dark purple shadows, placed above the beige inscription Melissae folium in small, oblique font), placed on a dark purple background, slightly lighter in the center, and contains a drawing of green lemon balm leaves with pink flowers and an inscription at the bottom of the label 100% MELISA informing about the composition of the herbal tea. The tenth variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 10 is called CAMOMIEL WITH PEACH, in which the word CAMOMIEL in large, bold beige letters, highlighted with dark blue shadows, is placed on a light blue background above the words WITH PEACH in large, green letters, placed on an orange background, and contains a drawing of yellow-orange peach fruits with red blushes, including one halved fruit, and white camomile flowers with yellow centers, and in the lower part of the label - the inscription FRUITS AND HERBS informing about the composition of the herbal tea. Essential features of the industrial design: - the label for the herbal tea "ZIELNIK POLSKI" has a rectangular area with a green background gradually changing to dark green in the upper part, and in the middle of the label from the top down there is a composition of a stylised leaf built into a quadrangle with right angles; the stylised leaf has a light green background and a fanciful shape given by a dark green outline and is placed centrally and horizontally across the quadrangle, approximately at half its height, with the leaf having a width slightly greater than the quadrangle - so that the tips of the leaf are outside the quadrangle area; the quadrangle at the lower and upper western edges is dark green, which gradually lightens inwards so that along the outline of the leaf it takes on a medium-saturated green color with yellow accents on the left, stronger above the leaf than below it; the quadrangle is highlighted by a thin, white border, underlined by outer, gray shading, bolder at the bottom; lower, in the central part of the label, there is a quadrangle with slightly concave sides, surrounded by a double frame: the outer one is dark gold and the inner one is gold; the quadrangle in the corners has dark green, diagonal elements placed on the inside, it has a light beige background and the side and bottom contours are highlighted with dark green shadows, and in the upper part of the quadrangle there is a two-level inscription ZIELNIK POLSKI (the slightly wider word ZIELNIK above the narrower word POLSKI), in which all letters are uppercase and have a slightly bold font in dark green, while the lower part of the quadrangle has a background of a contrasting color and contains the name of the herbal tea; the lower part of the label is dark green, convex at the top and surrounded by a dark-gold band and contains information on the composition of the herbal tea, given in large, white letters, - in the background of the rectangle with the inscription ZIELNIK POLSKI and below it to the bottom of the label there are colored drawings showing fresh leaves and/or flowers of herbs and possibly fruits, corresponding to the taste of the herbal tea marked with a given variety and the label according to the pattern, for which the optical effect of three-dimensionality and freshness was obtained by local lightening and darkening of the colors used, which additionally creates the impression of their strong illumination and light reflection by shiny surfaces.PL 17506 5 Illustration of the patternPL 17506 6 Department Publishing House of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
