Znak graficzny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny przeznaczony do oznaczania towarów i uslug oraz dzialalnosci produkcyjnej, uslugowej i handlowej przedsiebiorstwa Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest kompozycja slowno-graficzna zapewniajaca skuteczne oddzialywanie na obserwatorów, czyniac z nich potencjalnych klientów w prowadzonej dzialalnosci produkcyjnej, handlowej i uslugowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, stanowiacym jednoczesnie zbiorcze zestawienie przedstawionych w widoku z przodu wszystkich odmian wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym numeracja odmian wzoru przemyslowego odpowiada numeracji figur na zbiorczym zestawieniu. Druga odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze zawiera kompozycje slowno-graficzna jak w pierwszej odmianie, przy czym pod napisem „Nuance" umieszony jest bialy napis „TOUS LES JOURS", o znacznie mniejszej wysokosci liter od innych liter znaku, litery te napisane sa bialymi literami jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. Trzecia odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma kompozycje slowno-graficzna jak w pierwszej odmianie, przy czym powierzchnia czworoboczna jest kwadratem koloru bialego a na niej umieszczonych jest centralnie szesc liter tworzacych napis „Nuance", jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3. The essence of an industrial design is a verbal and graphic composition that ensures an effective impact on observers, turning them into potential customers in the conducted production, commercial, and service activities. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, which also constitutes a collective list of all the variants of the industrial design presented in a frontal view, with the numbering of the variants of the industrial design corresponding to the numbering of the figures in the collective list. And so: the first variant is shown in Fig. 1, the second variant in Fig. 2, the third variant in Fig. 3, the fourth variant in Fig. 4, the fifth variant in Fig. 5, the sixth variant in Fig. 6, the seventh variant in Fig. 7 and the eighth in Fig. 8. Essential features of an industrial design The graphic mark according to the industrial design has essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that it constitutes a quadrilateral surface on which there are graphic elements in the form of stylized letters forming the word Nuance. The colors of the mark: quadrilateral surface - black or white, the surface of the letters "Nuance" - white, silver or black. Individual varieties of the graphic mark differ in colors and texts supplementing the basic word-graphic mark. The first variant of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that the quadrilateral surface is a black square with centrally placed white letters forming the inscription "Nuance". The height of the first capital letter "N" is 20% and the height of the lowercase letters "uance" is 10% of the length of the square side, these letters are written in a stylized italic font and have a dominant character in the mark, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 1. The second variant of the graphic mark has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that it contains a word-graphic composition as in the first variant, whereby under the inscription "Nuance" there is a white inscription "TOUS LES JOURS", with a significantly smaller height of the letters than the other letters of the mark, these letters are written in white letters as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 2. The third variant of the graphic mark has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that it has a word-graphic composition as in the first variant, whereby the quadrilateral surface is a white square with six letters placed centrally on it forming the inscription "Nuance", as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 3. The fourth variant of the graphic mark has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that it has a word-graphic composition as in the second variant, whereby the surface is The quadrilateral surface is a white square with a centrally placed black inscription "Nuance TOUS LES JOURS" as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 4. The sixth variant of the graphic mark has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that it has a word-graphic composition as in the second variant, wherein the quadrilateral surface is a black square with a centrally placed silver shaded inscription "Nuance TOUS LES JOURS" as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 6. The seventh variant of the graphic mark has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that it has a word-graphic composition essentially as in the second variant, wherein the quadrilateral surface is a black rectangle and a centrally placed white inscription "Nuance tous les jours" is on it, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 7.
