Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ogólnym ksztalcie, co nadaje mu indywidualny charakter. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach na których: fig. 1 przedstawia stojak w widoku zmontowanym, fig. 2 przedstawia stojak w widoku przed montazem. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in its overall shape, which gives it a unique character. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached photographs, in which: Fig. 1 shows the stand in an assembled view, and Fig. 2 shows the stand in a pre-assembled view. The display stand, as designed, is made of plastic and cardboard in a cuboid shape. The base of the stand is a cardboard cuboid, on which are arranged alternating, suitably profiled plastic trays forming shelves, and cardboard I-beams forming the side walls and central wall. The entire stand is topped with a plastic, appropriately profiled tray, differing in shape from the trays forming the shelves. 2.
