Kostka brukowa. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kostka brukowa przeznaczona do formowania powierzchni plaskich i przestrzennych o dowolnym ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach na których pokazano w widoku kolejne odmiany kostki brukowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego. Na rysunku fig. 1 przedstawiono kostke brukowa o podstawie prostokata, na rysunku fig. 2 przedstawiono kostke brukowa o podstawie zblizonej do dwuteownika, oraz na rysunku fig. 3 przedstawiono kostke brukowa o podstawie prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami. Kostka brukowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakterystyczna jest tym, ze sklada sie z dwóch warstw. Warstwe dolna stanowi warstwa betonu wibroprasowanego. Warstwe górna stanowi warstwa fakturowa trwale barwiona na kolor kontrastujacy z kolorem warstwy podstawy, korzystnie z dodatkiem rozdrobnionego szkla. Obie warstwy polaczone sa ze soba nierozlacznie. Warstwa fakturowa moze byc takze powlekana farba fluorescencyjna. W warstwie fakturowej moze znajdowac sie dodatek rozdrobnionego szkla, co sprawia, ze jej powierzchnia, jest polyskujaca, odbijajaca swiatlo i jest lepiej widoczna. Pelnomocnik: PL PLPaving stones. The subject of the industrial design is a paving stone intended for forming flat and three-dimensional surfaces of any shape. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, which show various variations of paving stones based on the industrial design. Figure 1 shows a paving stone with a rectangular base, Figure 2 shows a paving stone with a base similar to an I-beam, and Figure 3 shows a paving stone with a rectangular base and rounded corners. The paving stones according to the industrial design are characterized by their two-layer composition. The lower layer is a layer of vibro-pressed concrete. The upper layer is a textured layer permanently dyed in a color contrasting with the base layer, preferably with the addition of crushed glass. Both layers are inextricably connected. The textured layer can also be coated with fluorescent paint. The textured layer appears in the individual variations of the paving tile pattern as a smooth surface. The advantages of industrial-design paving stones include: an original and individual appearance, a permanently colored textured layer, improved visibility of the textured layer by achieving a shiny and better reflective surface, and eliminating the need to paint pedestrian crossings, as well as continuous and dashed lines marking road lanes and other surface boundaries. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, which shows the paving stone in a view of subsequent variations, all of which include a layer of vibro-pressed concrete and a top textured layer in a color contrasting with the base, with the optional addition of crushed glass. The variations of the paving stones are shown in the subsequent figures of the drawing, as listed below. The industrial design paving stone is significant in that it consists of two layers. The base layer is a layer of concrete. The top layer is a textured layer, permanently dyed in a color contrasting with the base color. Both layers are inextricably linked. The textured layer may contain crushed glass, which makes its surface shiny, reflective, and more visible. The textured layer appears in individual pattern varieties as a smooth surface.
