Galanteria betonowa. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest galanteria betonowa w postaci drobnowymiarowych elementów betonowych, w szczególnosci krawezników, znajdujaca zastosowanie do formowania powierzchni przestrzennych o dowolnym ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach na których pokazano w widoku kolejne odmiany galanterii betonowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego. Na rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 przedstawiono kraweznik betonowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w trzech odmianach. Galanteria betonowa w postaci krawezników wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakterystyczna jest tym, ze kraweznik sklada sie z dwóch warstw. Warstwe dolna stanowi warstwa betonu wibroprasowanego. Warstwe górna stanowi warstwa fakturowa trwale barwiona na kolor kontrastowy z kolorem warstwy podstawy, korzystnie z dodatkiem rozdrobnionego szkla. Obie warstwy polaczone sa ze soba nierozlacznie. Górna powierzchnia jest polyskujaca, odbijajaca swiatlo i jest lepiej widoczna zarówno w dzien jak i w nocy. Warstwa barwiona moze byc takze powlekana farba fluorescencyjna. Odmiany kraweznika pokazano na kolejnych figurach rysunku jak to wymieniono nizej. Warstwe fakturowa wierzchnia stanowi warstwa trwale barwiona na kolor kontrastujacy z kolorem warstwy podstawy. Obie warstwy polaczone sa ze soba nierozlacznie. The subject of the industrial design is concrete products in the form of small-sized concrete elements, particularly curbs, used to form spatial surfaces of any shape. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, which show various variations of concrete products based on the industrial design. Figures 1, 2, and 3 show three variations of a concrete curb based on the industrial design. The characteristic feature of concrete products in the form of curbs based on the industrial design is that the curb consists of two layers. The lower layer is a layer of vibro-pressed concrete. The upper layer is a textured layer permanently dyed in a color contrasting with the base layer, preferably with the addition of crushed glass. Both layers are inextricably connected. The top surface is shiny and reflective, making it more visible both day and night. The colored layer can also be coated with fluorescent paint. The textured layer can be in a variety of colors contrasting with the base color. Advantages of concrete products based on the industrial design: original and individual appearance, - permanently colored textured layer, - improved textured layer visibility, - eliminating the need to paint curbs separating the roadway from sidewalks, greenbelts, and other surface boundaries white, - the ability to clearly and permanently mark dangerous curves and bends, as well as structures located near such areas. The design is illustrated in the attached illustration, which shows the curb in a view, in subsequent variations, all of which include a layer of vibro-pressed concrete and a white textured top layer with the optional addition of crushed glass. The curb variations are shown in the subsequent figures of the drawing, as listed below. Fig. 1 - The first curb variation according to the pattern is a straight concrete curb in the form of a cuboid with a rectangular base and one diagonally cut side edge. The upper and diagonal texture layers are shown. Fig. 2 - The second curb variation according to the pattern is a straight concrete curb in the shape of a cuboid. The upper texture layer is shown. Fig. 3 - The third curb variation according to the pattern is a curved concrete curb, where one upper horizontal edge is diagonally cut. The upper surface of the curb and the cut surface contain a smooth outer texture layer. 3. Significant Features of an Industrial Design. A concrete curb in the form of an industrial design is composed of two layers. The base layer is a layer of uncolored concrete. The textured top layer is permanently dyed in a color contrasting with the base layer. Both layers are inextricably linked.
