Nakrycie glowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oryginalne nakrycie glowy, wykonane z tkaniny futerkowej i przeznaczone zwlaszcza dla kobiet lub dziewczat. Celem rozwiazania wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wprowadzenie na rynek oryginalnego nakrycia glowy, które bedzie kojarzone z glowami dzikich zwierzat lub z nakryciem glowy ludzi na dzikim zachodzie. Nowy i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w stylizowanym ksztalcie, bogatej kolorystyce oraz ukladzie linii poszczególnych elementów oraz w estetyce wykonania nakrycia glowy. Czasza nakrycia glowy zawiera otok i denko o oryginalnym ksztalcie i bogatej kolorystyce, wyposazone w oryginalne, stylizowane i kolorowe dodatkowe elementy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych barwnych kserokopiach z wydruków komputerowych, na których fig. 1 przedstawia nakrycie glowy w widoku od przodu glowy, fig. 2 - nakrycie glowy w widoku2 ukosnym z góry, fig. 3 - nakrycie glowy w widoku z boku a fig. 4 - nakrycie glowy w widoku od tylu glowy. Nakrycie glowy, którego istotne cechy sa przedstawione ponizej w opisie oraz w materiale ilustracyjnym na fig. 1 , fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4, zawiera czasze, której otok jest zwienczony okraglym denkiem, przy czym czasza i denko sa wykonane z tkaniny futerkowej o róznej dlugosci wlosów w kolorze zasadniczo kremowym, przechodzacym w bialy. Od dolu otok wyposazony jest w nauszniki w ksztalcie klapek z tkaniny futerkowej, od których od dolu odchodza parami cztery sznureczki zakonczone futerkowymi pomponami w kolorze kremowym, przechodzacym w bialy. The goal of the industrial design is to introduce a unique headgear to the market, one that will be associated with the heads of wild animals or with the headgear worn by people in the Wild West. The new and original character of the industrial design is evident in its stylized shape, rich colors, and the arrangement of individual elements, as well as in the aesthetics of the headgear. The headgear's bowl includes a rim and base with an original shape and rich colors, equipped with original, stylized, and colorful additional elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color photocopies of computer printouts, in which Fig. 1 shows the headgear in a front view, Fig. 2 - the headgear in an oblique view from above, Fig. 3 - the headgear in a side view, and Fig. 4 - the headgear in a view from the back of the head. The headgear, the essential features of which are presented below in the description and in the illustrations in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, comprises a bowl, the rim of which is topped by a round bottom, the bowl and the bottom being made of fur fabric with varying pile lengths, generally cream in color, fading to white. The bottom of the band is equipped with flap-shaped earflaps made of fur fabric, from which four pairs of strings extend from the bottom, ending with cream-colored, white fur pompoms.
