Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 2 przedstawia butelke w widoku od góry, fig. 3 przedstawia przekrój butelki plaszczyzna A-A pokazana na fig. 1, a fig. 4 przedstawia butelke w widoku od dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpus butelki wzdluz swojej dlugosci posiada czesci o róznie uksztaltowanej powierzchni. Dolna czesc korpusu butelki posiada szerszy pierscieniowy pas oddzielony zaglebionym do wewnatrz obwodowym rowkiem o zaokraglonych krawedziach od polozonego nad nim waskiego pierscieniowego pasa. Powyzej, korpus butelki ma czesc, o nieco mniejszej srednicy niz polozona ponizej dolna czesc, zlozona z pierscieniowych pasów pomiedzy którymi znajduja sie zaglebione do wewnatrz obwodowe rowki o zaokraglonych krawedziach. Ta czesc rozciaga sie na znacznej czesci wysokosci dolnej polowy butelki. Nad ta czescia, znajduje sie pierscieniowy pas o srednicy odpowiadajacej srednicom pasów dolnej czesci, i kolejny zaglebiony rowek o zaokraglonychElstar Oils S.A.krawedziach, nad którym rozciaga sie symetryczna, wklesla czesc, zlozona z rozlozonych równomiernie obwodowo, jednakowych, rozciagajacych sie pionowo i wypuklych na obwodzie pasów, które w przekroju poprzecznym tworza ksztalt pierscienia zlozonego z jednakowych lukowych, wypuklych segmentów. Nad czescia zlozona z pionowych pasów znajduje sie kolejny wklesly rowek o zaokraglonych krawedziach, a nad nim pierscieniowy pas zlozony z wypuklych trójkatów o wierzcholkach skierowanych w dól, pomiedzy którymi znajduja sie trójkaty wklesle o wierzcholkach skierowanych do góry. Nad pasem trójkatów znajduje sie kolejny wklesly do wewnatrz rowek o zaokraglonych krawedziach, który zaokraglona krawedzia przechodzi ku górze w zwezajaca sie stozkowo czesc korpusu butelki, zakonczona na górze pierscieniowa gwintowana glówka. Dno butelki jest wklesle do wewnatrz i posiada rozmieszczone promieniscie podluzne, palczaste, wklesle elementy, zaczynajace sie w jednakowej odleglosci od srodka dna, a konczace sie na dolnym pierscieniowym pasie. Krawedz miedzy dnem a dolna czescia korpusu jest zaokraglona. Istotne cechy butelki stanowi to, ze korpus butelki wzdluz swojej dlugosci posiada czesci o róznie uksztaltowanej powierzchni. Dolna czesc korpusu butelki posiada szerszy pierscieniowy pas oddzielony zaglebionym do wewnatrz obwodowym rowkiem o zaokraglonych krawedziach od polozonego nad nim waskiego pierscieniowego pasa. Powyzej, korpus butelki ma czesc, o nieco mniejszej srednicy niz polozona ponizej dolna czesc, zlozona z pierscieniowych pasów pomiedzy którymi znajduja 2Elstar Oils S.A.sie zaglebione do wewnatrz obwodowe rowki o zaokraglonych krawedziach. Nad pasem trójkatów znajduje sie kolejny wklesly do wewnatrz rowek o zaokraglonych krawedziach, który zaokraglona krawedzia przechodzi ku górze w zwezajaca sie stozkowo czesc korpusu butelki, zakonczona na górze pierscieniowa gwintowana glówka. Dno butelki jest wklesle do wewnatrz i posiada rozmieszczone promieniscie podluzne, palczaste, wklesle elementy, zaczynajace sie w jednakowej odleglosci od srodka dna, a konczace sie na dolnym pierscieniowym pasie. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and surfaces. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the top, Fig. 3 shows a cross-section of the bottle along the plane A-A shown in Fig. 1, and Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the bottom. The bottle according to the design is characterized by the body of the bottle having differently shaped surfaces along its length. The lower part of the body of the bottle has a wider annular band separated by an inwardly recessed circumferential groove with rounded edges from the narrow annular band located above it. Above, the bottle body has a section slightly smaller in diameter than the lower section below, composed of annular bands, between which are recessed circumferential grooves with rounded edges, recessed inward. This section extends for a significant portion of the height of the lower half of the bottle. Above this section is an annular band with a diameter corresponding to the diameters of the bands in the lower section, and another recessed groove with rounded edges. Above this section extends a symmetrical, concave section composed of uniformly distributed circumferential bands, extending vertically and convex at the circumference, which in cross-section form the shape of a ring composed of identical, arc-shaped, convex segments. Above the section composed of vertical strips is another concave groove with rounded edges, and above this is an annular band composed of convex triangles with their vertices pointing downward, between which are concave triangles with their vertices pointing upward. Above the band of triangles is another inwardly concave groove with rounded edges, the rounded edge of which flows upward into the conically tapering part of the bottle body, terminating at the top with an annular threaded head. The bottle's bottom is concave inward and has radially arranged elongated, finger-shaped, concave elements, starting at an equal distance from the center of the bottom and ending at the lower annular band. The edge between the bottom and the lower part of the body is rounded. A significant feature of the bottle is that the body has differently shaped surfaces along its length. The lower part of the bottle body has a wider annular band separated by a recessed, inward circumferential groove with rounded edges from the narrow annular band above it. Above it, the bottle body has a part, slightly smaller in diameter than the lower part below, composed of annular bands, between which are recessed, inward circumferential grooves with rounded edges. This part extends for a significant portion of the height of the lower half of the bottle. Above this section is an annular band with a diameter corresponding to the lower section's bands, and another recessed groove with rounded edges, above which extends a symmetrical, concave section composed of uniformly distributed circumferentially identical, vertically extending and convex bands, which in cross-section form a ring composed of identical, arc-shaped, convex segments. Above the vertical band section is another concave groove with rounded edges, and above this is an annular band composed of convex triangles with their vertices pointing downward, interspersed with concave triangles with their vertices pointing upward. Above the band of triangles is another inwardly concave groove with rounded edges, the rounded edge of which passes upwards into a conically tapering part of the bottle body, terminating at the top in an annular threaded head. The bottle bottom is inwardly concave and has radially arranged elongated, finger-like, concave elements, starting at the same distance from the center of the bottom and ending at the lower annular band.
