The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in its overall shape, line layout, and color scheme, which gives it an individual character. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which: Fig. 1 shows the first variety of the design, Fig. 2 shows the second variety of the design. The label, according to the design, is in the shape of a rectangle with rounded tops and bulging sides, forming a border around a figure similar in shape to a rectangle with irregular sides. The common features of both varieties are the shape of the border and the inscription "pâté française," the applicant's logo, and the shape of a circular sector on which the inscription describing the product's flavor is placed. In the first variety, the border is colored black in its upper and lower parts, and blue in its middle. In the second variety, the upper and lower parts of the border are green, the middle part is also green, but a lighter green. In the upper part of the inner figure, the inscription "pâté française" is placed in two lines, forming a rising wave, in large capital letters in a characteristic font. The word "French" is placed below the word pâté, and the font height is approximately ½ lower than that of the word pâté. In the first variant, the inscription "pâté française" is in white on a black background, while in the second variant, the letters are also in white but on a blue background. Above this inscription is the logo of the applicant company, Drobimex, featuring a distinctive chicken, and below it, to the right of it, in a segment of a circle, written in large block letters, is a word or words describing the product's flavor, marked with this label. In the first variant, the word "classic" is placed on a beetroot-colored background, while in the second variant, the background is green, and the word "cebula" is above the inscription "i jab lko."
