Istot a wzoru przemys lowego jest nowa posta c obr aczki, przejawiaj aca si e g lównie w kompozycji materia lów, z których zosta la wykonana oraz oryginalnej ornamentyce wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego uwidoczniony jest na za laczonej ilustracji zbiorczej, oraz dla lepszego zobrazowania wzoru w figurach, na których: Fig. 1 i Fig. 2 przedstawia posta c wzoru prze- mys lowego wg odmiany pierwszej w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 3 przedstawia posta c wzoru przemys lowego wg odmiany pierwszej w widoku z boku, Fig. 4 i Fig. 5 przedstawia posta c wzoru prze- mys lowego wg odmiany drugiej w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 6 przedstawia posta c wzoru prze- mys lowego wg odmiany drugiej w widoku z boku, Fig. 7 i Fig. 8 przedstawia posta c wzoru przemys lo- wego wg odmiany trzeciej w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 9 przedstawia posta c wzoru przemys lo- wego wg odmiany trzeciej w widoku z boku. Brzegi obr aczki zosta ly wykonane z zó ltego z lota, przy czym ka zdy z nich jest fazowany. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the wedding ring, manifested primarily in the composition of the materials from which it was made and the original ornamentation of the design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached collective illustration, and for a better illustration of the design in the figures, in which: Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show the industrial design according to the first variant in a perspective view, Fig. 3 show the industrial design according to the first variant in a side view, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 show the industrial design according to the second variant in a perspective view, Fig. 6 show the industrial design according to the second variant in a side view, Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 show the industrial design according to the third variant in a perspective view, Fig. 9 show the industrial design according to the third variant in a side view. The ring according to the first variant of the industrial design is made of white and yellow gold and precious stones. As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3, the center of the outer surface of the ring, made of white gold, features an ornament in the form of three adjacent square and two triangular grooves, each with a set of gemstones. The edges of the ring are made of yellow gold, each beveled. The essential features of the industrial design according to the first variant are the composition of the materials from which it was made, i.e., white and yellow gold and gemstones, as well as the original ornamentation of the design, manifested in the ornament in the center of the design in the form of three adjacent square and two triangular grooves, each with a set of gemstones. Another significant feature of the industrial design of the first variant is that the sides of the ring are made of yellow gold, each of which is chamfered. The ring of the second variant of the industrial design is made of white and red gold and precious stones. As shown in Fig. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6, the center of the outer surface of the ring, made of white gold, features an ornament in the form of three adjacent square and two triangular grooves, each set with precious stones. The edges of the ring are made of red gold, each of which is chamfered. The essential features of the industrial design according to the second variant are the composition of materials from which it was made, i.e., white and red gold and precious stones, as well as the original ornamentation of the design, manifested in the ornament in the center of the design in the form of three adjacent square and two spaced triangular grooves with gemstones set within them. Another essential feature of the industrial design according to the second variant is that the edges of the ring are made of yellow gold, each of which is beveled. The ring according to the third variant of the industrial design is made of yellow and red gold and precious stones. As shown in Fig. 7, Fig. 8, and Fig. 9, the center of the outer surface of the yellow gold ring features an ornament in the form of three juxtaposed square and two triangular grooves, each with a set of gemstones. The edges of the ring are made of red gold, each beveled. The essential features of the industrial design according to the third variation are the composition of the materials from which it was made, i.e., the composition of yellow and red gold and gemstones, as well as the original ornamentation of the design, manifested in the ornament in the center of the design in the form of three juxtaposed square and two triangular grooves, each with a set of gemstones.
