The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours and shapes and by decorative motifs, distinguishing the graphic design and the range of colors. The aesthetic effect is provided by a subtle composition of drawings illustrating the taste of the syrup marked with the label according to the design, thus giving the label an original appearance. The syrup label according to the industrial design in five varieties is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which: 1. fig. 1 - shows the first variety of the label, 2. fig. 2 - shows the second variety of the label, 3. fig. 3 - shows the third variety of the label, 4. fig. 4 - shows the fourth variety of the label, 5. fig. 5 - shows the fifth variety of the label, list of varieties of the syrup label according to the industrial design: 1. variety 1 - shown in figure 1, illustrating the label of the syrup called Imbir Max, 2. variety 2 - shown in figure 2, illustrating the label of the syrup called Malina Max, 3. variety 3 - shown in figure 3, illustrating the label of the syrup called Pomarancza Max, 4. variety 4 - shown in figure 4, illustrating the label of a syrup called Cherry Max, 5. variety 5 - shown in figure 5, illustrating the label of a syrup called Truskawka Max. The syrup label according to the pattern has a background coloured in white and blue stripes and an area with a rectangular outline with slightly rounded corners. At the upper edge, the background of the label is irregularly coloured in green and yellow stripes. In the upper part of the label, in the middle, there is a drawing of a stylised, light green leaf built into a square. The stylised leaf has a fanciful shape given by a dark green outline. The leaf is applied horizontally across the square, halfway up its height, with the leaf being wider than the square, so that the tips of the leaf are outside the area of the figure. The square at the lower and upper edges is dark green, which gradually lightens inwards in such a way that along the outline of the leaf it takes on a medium-saturated green colour, with yellow accents on the left, more intense above the leaf than below it. Below the square with the leaf, a central horizontal inscription is applied in the original font, containing the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavour, and directly below it the inscription Max, in the same graphic style. The middle part of the label, under the inscriptions, contains a drawing of fresh fruit with leaves or stalks or ginger roots corresponding to the name, for which the optical effect of three-dimensionality and freshness was achieved thanks to local brightening. The inscriptions on the label have an intensive colour harmonised with the colour of the fruit or ginger roots presented on the label. Below the inscription on the left side of the label, in varieties: 1, 2 and 4 of the described industrial design, there is a drawing in the shape of a tall glass, the lower and upper edges of which are white, while the central part is lotus-brown. The described drawing has a three-level inscription, appropriate for the syrup capacity, "up to 100 beers" or "up to 200 beers" in an original, fancy font in white with a gold edge. In the lower part of the label there is a horizontally placed drawing resembling a stretched three-dimensional ribbon in gold-beige, the width of the entire label. The aforementioned drawing contains information on the use of the product, which is, from the left: drawing of a tall glass, below which there is the inscription "for beer"; drawing of a glass, below which there is the inscription "for wine" or a filled glass with the inscription "for drinks"; drawing of a cup with a saucer, below which there is the inscription "for tea"; drawing of a piece of cake, below which there is an inscription "for desserts". On the right side of the drawing there is an inscription informing about the volume of the product contained in a single package ("2.85 L" or "5 L" respectively). The colours of the inscriptions and drawings placed on the ribbon drawing correspond to the colour of the ginger fruit or roots shown on the label.
