Istot a wzoru jest nowa posta c przedmiotu przejawiaj aca si e w zestawieniu elementów graficz- nych wyra zonych rysunkiem i krojem pisma oraz w zestawieniu elementów graficznych wyra zonych rysunkiem, krojem pisma i kolorystyk a. The essence of the design is a new form of the object manifested in the combination of graphic elements expressed by drawing and typeface and in the combination of graphic elements expressed by drawing, typeface and colors. The subject of the design is illustrated in the photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the first version of the display case including the entrance door, Fig. 2 shows the second version of the display case in a favorable color combination, Fig. 3 shows the third version of the display case including the door and window, Fig. 4 shows the fourth version of the display case with graphics as in the third version and in a favorable color combination, Fig. 5 shows the fifth version of the display case including the door and an extended window, Fig. 6 shows the fourth version of the display case with graphics as in the fifth version and in a favorable color combination, Fig. 7 shows the seventh version of the display case including the door and window and presenting a different sign; Fig. 8 shows the shop window in the eighth variation with graphics as in the seventh variation and a favorable color combination; Fig. 9 shows the shop window in the ninth variation including a door and a number of windows; and Fig. 10 shows the shop window in the tenth variation with graphics as in the tenth variation and a favorable color combination. List of variations: 1. The first variation shows a shop window including a door and a sign; on the bottom of the door, along its entire width, there is a graphic in the form of a set of fancifully smiling food products. Above these products are information inscriptions and a logo in the form of a smiling face and the inscription "GOOD CHOICE" placed in two rows. Above the door there is a rectangular sign with the same "GOOD CHOICE" logo, extending slightly below the lower edge of the sign as shown in Fig. 1. 2. The second version shows a shop window including a door and a sign as in the first version in an exemplary color combination. On the door, on a green background, from the bottom, along its entire width, there is a yellow graphic in the form of a set of food products with fanciful smiles and a red lower cover. Above these products there are information inscriptions in white and red letters and a logo in the form of a white smiling face with green elements symbolizing the eyes and mouth, and a red inscription with a white cover, placed in two rows, reading "GOOD CHOICE". Above the door there is a sign in the form of a yellow rectangle with the same "GOOD CHOICE" logo on it, with a green background forming a wrapper around the inscription "GOOD CHOICE", extending slightly below the lower edge of the sign as shown in Fig. 2. 3. The third variant of the design shows a shop window covering the door, window and sign. On the window from the bottom, along its entire width, there is a graphic in the form of a set of food products with fanciful smiles. Above these products there are information signs and a rectangular board with graphic and price information for drinks. At the top of this board there is a logo in the form of a smiling face and the inscription "GOOD CHOICE" placed in two rows. On the door there is a rectangular sign with information inscriptions and the same "GOOD CHOICE" logo in the upper left corner of the sign. Above the line of the door and window there is a sign along its entire length in the form of a rectangle with the same "GOOD CHOICE" logo placed on it, extending slightly below the lower edge of the sign. To the right of the inscription there is an additional strip as shown in Fig. 3. 4. The fourth version of the design shows a shop window including a door, a window and a sign as in the third version in the sample colors. On the green background of the window, from the bottom, there is a yellow graphic across its entire width in the form of a set of fancifully smiling food products with a red lower cover. Above these products there are red information signs and a rectangular white board with graphic and price information for drinks. At the top of this board there is a logo in the form of a white smiling face with green elements symbolizing the eyes and mouth and a white inscription placed in two rows on a green background "GOOD CHOICE". On the door there is a rectangular green board with information inscriptions and the logo in green and red colors "GOOD CHOICE". Above the line of the door and window there is a yellow sign along its entire length in the form of a rectangle, against which the same "GOOD CHOICE" logo is placed, extending slightly below the lower edge of the sign. On the right side of the inscription there is an additional green stripe as shown in Fig. 4. 5. The fifth variant of the design shows a display case as in the third variant with an enlarged window width and an expanded range of food product graphics as shown in Fig. 5. 6. The sixth variant shows a display case as in the fourth variant with an enlarged window width and an expanded range of food product graphics as shown in Fig. 6. 7. The seventh variant of the design shows a display case as in the fifth variant, but the signboard has the form of a logo which has a graphic in the form of a smiling face on the left side and the inscription "DOBRY WYBÓR" on the right side, placed in one row, on the background constituting the cover of the inscription as shown in Fig. 7. 8. The eighth variant of the design shows a display case as in the sixth variant, whereby the yellow sign has the form of a logo, which on the left side has a graphic in the form of a smiling white face in a green cover with green elements symbolizing eyes and mouth, while on the right side has the inscription "DOBRY WYBÓR" placed in one row and made in red letters in a white narrow cover, on a green background constituting the cover of the inscription as shown in Fig. 8. 9. The ninth variant of the design shows a display case including a door, several windows and a sign, but the door is not glazed, and the information board placed on it in the upper left corner has a logo in the form of a smiling face and the inscription DOBRY WYBÓR placed in two rows. The windows contain characteristic graphics as in the third and fifth varieties, while the sign has a centrally placed logo with the inscription "GOOD CHOICE" placed in one row. On both sides of the inscription are strips with informational inscriptions as shown in Fig. 9. 10. The tenth variety of the design presents a display window as in the ninth variety, with an exemplary color scheme corresponding to the colors of the remaining varieties, as shown in Fig. 10. The fifth variant of the design shows a display case as in the third variant with an enlarged window width and an expanded range of food product graphics as shown in Fig. 5. 6. The sixth variant shows a display case as in the fourth variant with an enlarged window width and an expanded range of food product graphics as shown in Fig. 6. 7. The seventh variant of the design shows a display case as in the fifth variant, but the signboard has the form of a logo which has a graphic in the form of a smiling face on the left side and the inscription "DOBRY WYBÓR" on the right side, placed in one row, on the background constituting the cover of the inscription as shown in Fig. 7. 8. The eighth variant of the design shows a display case as in the sixth variant, whereby the yellow sign has the form of a logo, which on the left side has a graphic in the form of a smiling white face in a green cover with green elements symbolizing eyes and mouth, while on the right side has the inscription "DOBRY WYBÓR" placed in one row and made in red letters in a narrow white cover, on a green background constituting the cover of the inscription as shown in Fig. 8. 9.
