Polish industrial design description No. 2865 describes a confectionery product whose top view resembles an elongated, arched ellipse. Industrial design description No. 5170 describes a food product in the shape of a curved, slightly flattened horn, made of dough or other food material. The confectionery product stands out from known designs in its shape, color, and arrangement of external surface decorations. For commercial purposes, the confectionery product was given the fanciful name "suse lki." A food product according to the industrial design is presented in a collective drawing and includes ten varieties: • the first variety, which is shown in Fig. 1, • the second variety, which is shown in Fig. 2, • the third variety, which is shown in Fig. 3, • the fourth variety, which is shown in Fig. 4, • the fifth variety, which is shown in Fig. 5, • the sixth variety, which is shown in Fig. 6, • the seventh variety, which is shown in Fig. 7, • the eighth variety, which is shown in Fig. 8, • the ninth variety, which is shown in Fig. 9, • the tenth variety, which is shown in Fig. 10. Figures 1-7 are photographs of specific products, taken from above at an oblique angle so that all the essential features are visible at the same time. Figures 8-10 are color drawings showing the product from above. Furthermore, for the first variant, additional, schematic black and white drawings are presented to precisely indicate the location of individual features of the industrial design. These drawings are designated as 1b and 1c. Fig. 1b shows the product from above, while Fig. 1c shows the product from above. The first variant is shown in Figs. 1, 1b, and 1c. The product according to the first variant has the shape of an oval shape resembling a crouching small animal such as a ground squirrel or marmot, whose appearance includes a slightly bent torso (1) and head (2), resting on a base (3). The product is white, with the upper surface of the body (1) decorated with brown zigzags (4), while the upper surface of the head (2) is decorated with two brown dots (5) and an arc (6), forming the image of a muzzle. The second variety is shown in Fig. 2. It differs from the first variety in that it is brown, but the zigzags, dots, and arc are dark brown. The third variety is shown in Fig. 3. It is also brown, but the body has a large number of small white flakes. The dots and arc on the head are white. The fourth variety is shown in Fig. 4. It differs from the previous varieties in that it has a dark brown covering with white zigzags, dots, and an arc. Furthermore, on the body, which blends with the head, there is a white, oval plate with a brown inscription—the product's proper name—"suse lki Świdnickie." The fifth variety is shown in Fig. 5. It differs from the third variety in that it has a dark brown covering. The sixth variety is shown in Fig. 6. It differs from the second variety in that the zigzags, dots, and arc are white. The seventh variety is shown in Fig. 7. It differs from the fourth variety in that it lacks a white plate and is elongated. The eighth variety is shown in Fig. 8. The product is orange, with the upper surface of the body decorated with dark zigzags, while the upper surface of the head is decorated with two dark dots and an irregular spot, creating the image of a muzzle. The ninth variety is shown in Fig. 9. It differs from the eighth variety in that it is gray, and the upper surface of the body is decorated with white speckles. The spot on the surface of the head is white, while the dots are black.PL 17636 3 The tenth variety is shown schematically in Fig. 10. It differs from the eighth variety in that it has a green covering. The color of the product depends on the ingredients used to make it. A white coating, such as that shown in Fig. 1, can be achieved using a white chocolate or icing coating. The coatings shown in Figs. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 can be made of milk or dark chocolate. Figs. 8 and 10 show a product covered with a colored coating, which may be colored icing or chocolate. The product can also be made of dough and not covered with any icing. It will then be brown. White specks, as in Figs. 3, 5, and 9, can be made of coconut flakes or almonds. The remaining decorations can be made of white, milk, dark chocolate, or other food materials. Essential Features of an Industrial Design: A confectionery product in the shape of an oval block, characterized by its shape resembling a small, crouching animal, with a slightly curved body and head. The product is white, brown, dark brown, orange, gray, or green, and has a decoration on the upper surface of the body in the form of zigzags, shavings, or speckles. The upper surface of the head is decorated with two dots and an arc or irregular spot, symbolizing the snout. The decorative elements may be white, brown, or dark brown. In a special case, an oval plate rests on the torso.PL 17636 4 Illustration of the patternPL 17636 5PL 17636 6 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
