Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest patera do produktów spo zywczych, zw laszcza owoców lub ciast. Istot e wzoru stanowi nowa posta c patery przejawiaj aca si e w jej kszta lcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na za laczonych rysunkach, na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia pater e w widoku z boku; fig. 2 - t e sam a pater e z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemys lowego: Patera przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 2 ma posta c okr ag lego talerza z pogrubionym rantem, zaopatrzonego w nog e. W widoku z boku talerz ma kszta lt trapezu. Noga ma posta c trzech umieszczonych jedna na drugiej i po laczonych ze sob a, sci etych syme- trycznie w p laszczy znie poziomej od góry i od do lu, kul. U do lu noga jest wyposa zona w podstaw e, majac a w widoku z boku kszta lt zbli zony do trapezu z lukowymi bokami. Dolna kraw ed z podstawy jest pogrubiona. The essence of the design is a new form of the platter, manifested in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows the platter from the side; Fig. 2 - the same platter from above. Essential features of the industrial design: The platter shown in Figs. 1 to 2 is in the form of a round plate with a thickened rim, provided with a leg. In a side view, the plate has the shape of a trapezoid. The leg is in the form of three spheres placed one on top of the other and connected, cut symmetrically in a horizontal plane at the top and bottom. At the bottom, the leg is equipped with a base, which, when viewed from the side, has a shape similar to a trapezoid with arched sides. The lower edge of the base is thickened.
