Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie na przekaske bedaca zwlaszcza piekarniczo-cukierniczymi paluszkami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach, z których Fig. 1 przedstawia przedmiot wzoru w widoku z przodu wraz z przekaska (która nie stanowi czesci wzoru), Fig. 2 - w widoku z tylu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i rysunku. Opakowanie na przekaske wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi plaski pojemnik, którego tylna sciana jest wydluzona w stosunku do przedniej i ma zarys ludzkiej dloni. Przednia sciana natomiast w dolnej czesci jest prostokatna, w srodkowej obustronnie rozszerza sie na boki po linii prostej, a w górnej przechodzi w prostokat. Na zewnetrznej stronie tylnej sciany znajduje sie rysunek obrazujacy dlon, a w centralnej jej czesci jest rysunek pilki. Taki sam rysunek pilki znajduje sie na przedniej scianie opakowania na przekaske, zas w tle widac trzy postacie rozbawionych mlodzienców w strojach sportowych z ugietymi nogami i z podniesionymi rekami, a kazdy z nich na jednej dloni posiada nalozone jak rekawice i zwrócone tylna sciana do przodu, opakowanie na przekaske wedlug niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to plaski ksztalt pojemnika, którego tylna sciana jest wydluzona w stosunku do przedniej i ma zarys ludzkiej dloni, a przednia sciana w dolnej czesci jest prostokatna, w srodkowej obustronnie rozszerza sie na boki po linii prostej, a w górnej przechodzi w prostokat. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, of which Fig. 1 shows the design from the front with the snack (which is not part of the design), and Fig. 2 shows the back view. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the item, manifested in its shape and design. The snack package, according to the industrial design, is a flat container whose rear wall is elongated relative to the front and has the outline of a human hand. The front wall is rectangular in its lower section, widens outward in a straight line in the middle, and becomes rectangular at the top. The outer side of the rear wall features a design of a hand, and its central part features a design of a ball. The same ball design appears on the front of the snack packaging, while in the background are three cheerful youths in sportswear, legs bent and arms raised, each holding a glove-like device on one hand, the back of the snack packaging facing forward. The essential features of the industrial design include the flat shape of the container, the back of which is elongated relative to the front and has the outline of a human hand. The front wall is rectangular at the bottom, widens outward in a straight line in the middle, and becomes rectangular at the top.
