Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach i fotografiach ,na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w rzucie plaskim z przodu, fig.2 przedstawia butelke w rzucie plaskim z boku, fig.3 przedstawia butelke w rzucie plaskim z góry, fig. 4 przedstawia butelke w rzucie plaskim od strony dna, fig. 5 przedstawia butelke w widoku przestrzennym z boku, fig. 6 przedstawia butelke w widoku przestrzennym pod katem z przodu, a fig. 7 przedstawia butelke w widoku przestrzennym z góry.Butelka wedlug wzoru zdobniczego utworzona z korpusu zamknietego od dolu dnem, a od góry gwintowym króccem, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przekrój poprzeczny korpusu ma ksztalt elipsy. Korpus butelki ma ksztalt fragmentu splaszczonej sfery, którego dolna czesc jest nieco wydluzona a przednia i tylna scianka korpusu jest szersza w górnej czesci i wezsza w czesci dolnej ,zas scianki boczne korpusu maja przewezenie na wysokosci najszerszej czesci scianki przedniej i tylnej. Korpus przechodzi w wpuklone dno za posrednictwem zaokraglonych krawedzi, które przechodza w dwa owalne wglebienia umieszczone na koncach dluzszej osi dna. Na dnie, powyzej jego dluzszej osi umieszczony jest napis "MPS" wykonany za pomoca liter stylizowanych, przy czym litery "M" i "S" sa pochylone w prawa strone, a litera "P" jest litera prosta. Korpus ,w górnej czesci w ksztalcie czaszy kulistej ,przechodzi w króciec za posrednictwem plaskiej scianki górnej w ksztalcie pierscienia , w która to scianke przechodza scianki korpusu za posrednictwem lekko zaokraglonych krawedzi. Króciec jest dwudzielny i jego czesc dolna stanowi okolo 4/5 wysokosci krócca i jest szersza od czesci górnej. Dolna czesc krócca w dolnym obszarze przechodzi w pierscien oporowy o pólkolistym przekroju, a w górnym obszarze dolna czesc krócca przechodzi w gwint. Dolna czesc krócca przechodzi w górna czesc krócca za posrednictwem ukosnej scianki. Górna czesc krócca na okolo 2/3 wysokosci posiada niewielka ryse, równolegla do obwodu krócca. The subject of the ornamental pattern is shown in the attached drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front plan view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a side plan view, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a top plan view, Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a bottom plan view, Fig. 5 shows the bottle in a side plan view, Fig. 6 shows the bottle in a front plan view at an angle, and Fig. 7 shows the bottle in a top plan view. The bottle according to the ornamental pattern is made of a body closed at the bottom with a bottom and at the top with a threaded nozzle, and is characterized in that the cross-section of the body has the shape of an ellipse. The bottle's body is shaped like a fragment of a flattened sphere, with a slightly elongated lower section, and the front and rear walls are wider at the top and narrower at the bottom. The side walls taper at the widest part of the front and rear walls. The body flows into the concave bottom via rounded edges, which merge into two oval recesses located at the ends of the bottom's longer axis. On the bottom, above its longer axis, is the inscription "MPS" in stylized letters, with the letters "M" and "S" tilted to the right, and the letter "P" straight. The body, in the upper part shaped like a spherical cap, merges into the connector through a flat, ring-shaped upper wall, into which the body walls merge via slightly rounded edges.
