Abstract

1. Układ ssąco-wydechowy pojazdu specjalnego, zawierający w części ssącej przewód wlotowy powietrza, doprowadzony do filtra powietrza, który jest połączony przewodem z kolektorem ssącym silnika, a w części wydechowej zawierający kolektor wydechowy silnika, połączony przewodem wydechowym z komorą eżektora, która jest połączona przewodem z wylotem spalin zaopatrzonym w zawór zwrotny, przy czym do komory eżektora jest doprowadzony przewód ssący z filtra powietrza, znamienny tym, że część przewodu wlotowego powietrza (1), od strony wlotu powietrza, stanowi tunel (5), biegnący od górnej powierzchni korpusu (6) pojazdu w głąb, z umieszczoną wewnątrz rurą wysuwną (8) otoczoną rękawem uszczelniającym (9).1. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest układ ssąco-wydechowy pojazdu specjalnego.The subject of the invention is the suction and exhaust system of a special vehicle.

Znany jest układ ssąco-wydechowy pojazdu specjalnego ze stosowania. W części ssącej układ zawiera przewód wlotowy powietrza, który jest doprowadzony do filtra powietrza. Filtr powietrza jest połączony przewodem z kolektorem ssącym silnika pojazdu. W części wydechowej układ zawiera kolektor wydechowy silnika, z którego prowadzi przewód wydechowy do komory eżektora. Komora eżektora jest połączona przewodem z wylotem spalin zaopatrzonym w zawór zwrotny. Do komory eżektora jest doprowadzony przewód ssący z filtra powietrza, służący do odprowadzania do spalin zanieczyszczeń wychwytywanych przez ten filtr'.The suction-exhaust system of a special vehicle is known for use. Układ ssąco-wydechowy pojazdu specjalnego, według wynalazku, jest zestawiony z części ssącej i wydechowej. W części ssącej układ zawiera przewód wlotowy powietrza, który jest doprowadzony do filtra powietrza. Filtr powietrza jest połączony przewodem z kolektorem ssącym silnika pojazdu. W części wydechowej układ zawiera kolektor wydechowy silnika, z którego prowadzi przewód wydechowy do komory eżektora. Komora eżektora jest połączona przewodem z zaworem zwrotnym umieszczonym w miejscu wylotu spalin na zewnątrz pojazdu. Do komory eżektora jest doprowadzony przewód ssący z filtra powietrza. Układ charakteryzuje się tym, że część przewodu wlotowego powietrza - począwszy od wlotu powietrza, stanowi tunel, który biegnie od górnej powierzchni korpusu pojazdu w głąb. W tunelu jest umieszczona rura wysuwna, otoczona rękawem uszczelniającym. Rozwiązanie nie zawiera funkcjonalnego połączenia ssącej części układu z wnętrzem pojazdu, jak to ma miejsce w znanym rozwiązaniu. Zatem powietrze dostaje się do ssącej części układu nie z wnętrza pojazdu, lecz bezpośrednio z otoczenia, a przy tym, w przypadku forsowania przeszkody wodnej, wlot powietrza jest zabezpieczony przed zasysaniem wody przez rozwiązanie tunelu i wysuwnej rury zabezpieczonej rękawem uszczelniającym.The solution does not contain a functional connection of the suction part of the system with the interior of the vehicle, as is the case with the known solution. W części ssącej układ zawiera przewód wlotowy powietrza 1 doprowadzający powietrze z zewnątrz pojazdu do filtra powietrza 2. Filtr powietrza 2 jest połączony przewodem 3 z kolektorem ssącym silnika pojazdu. Część przewodu wlotowego powietrza 1- począwszy od wlotu powietrza 4, stanowi tunel 5, który biegnie od górnej powierzchni korpusu 6 pojazdu w głąb - prostopadle w kierunku do podłogi 7 pojazdu. W tunelu 5 jest umieszczona rura wysuwna 8, otoczona rękawem uszczelniającym 9. Rękaw uszczelniający 9 jest z jednej strony przytwierdzony do rury wysuwnej 8 w obszarze wlotu powietrza 4, a z drugiej strony - do dolnej części tunelu 5.In the intake part, the system comprises an air intake conduit 1 for supplying air from outside the vehicle to the air filter 2. W części wydechowej układ zawiera kolektor wydechowy silnika, z którego prowadzi przewód wydechowy 10 do komory eżektora 11. Komora eżektora 11 jest połączona przewodem z zaworem zwrotnym umieszczonym w miejscu wylotu spalin na zewnątrz pojazdu. 1. Suction and exhaust system of a special vehicle, including in the intake part an air inlet pipe, connected to the air filter, which is connected by a pipe to the intake manifold of the engine, and in the exhaust part, containing the engine exhaust manifold, connected by an exhaust pipe to the ejector chamber which is connected with a pipe with an exhaust outlet provided with a non-return valve, and a suction conduit from the air filter is led into the ejector chamber, characterized in that a part of the air inlet conduit (1) from the air inlet side is a tunnel (5) running from the upper surface of the body ( 6) of the vehicle inwards, with the extension tube (8) placed inside, surrounded by a sealing sleeve (9).
