Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany na zalaczonym rysunku na Fig. od 1 do fig. 4, na której Fig. 1 przedstawia lawke w rzucie z przodu, Fig. 2 przedstawia lawke w rzucie z przodu i od góry, Fig. 3 przedstawia lawke w rzucie z boku, a Fig. 4 przedstawia lawke w rzucie aksonometrycznym od tylu. Lawka ma siedzisko zlozone z czterech deszczulek z których kazda ma zaokraglenia na górnych krawedziach, przy czym zewnetrzne narozniki skrajnych deszczulek maja wieksze zaokraglenia. Deszczulki siedziska sa oparte na dwóch poprzeczkach, których czola sa skosnie sciete, a tyly sa zaokraglone. Oparcie sklada sie z dwóch deszczulek z których kazda ma zaokraglenia na krawedziach od strony siedziska, przy czym zewnetrzne narozniki skrajnych deszczulek maja wieksze zaokraglenia. Deszczulki oparcia sa zamocowane na dwóch wspornikach, których górne konce sa zaokraglone, a dolne konce sa w ksztalcie niesymetrycznego klina. Calosc jest wsparta na dwóch prostopadlosciennych nogach polaczonych dwoma wspornikami. Przedni wspornik ma zaokraglone konce, które wystaja poza obrys nóg.
