Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest modulowy zestaw mebli skladajacy sie z otwartych lub czesciowo zamknietych regalów, kredensu oraz biurka. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach linii, konturów, w prostych, geometrycznych ksztaltach elementów modularnych i dekoracyjnych nadajacych meblom charakterystyczna dla zestawu wizualnie lekka azurowa forme. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia regal prostokatny, fig. 2 przedstawia regal schodkowy, fig. 3 przedstawia wysoki regal prostokatny, fig. 4 przedstawia niski regal prostokatny, fig. 5 przedstawia komode, fig. 6 przedstawia biurko, fig. 7 przedstawia szczegól polaczenia kostek w modulowym zestawie mebli. Kazdy mebel z zestawu modulowego od fig. 1 do fig. 6 moze byc uzytkowany jako przyscienny lub jako wolnostojacy (np. scianka dzialowa). Meble z modularnego zestawu wedlug niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego zbudowane sa z podstawowego elementu modularnego o ksztalcie zblizonym do szescianu (zwanego dalej kostka), dodatkowego elementu modularnego z szufladami (zwanego dalej elementem z szufladami) oraz elementów dekoracyjnych, które nadaja meblom charakterystyczna dla zestawu geometryczna a jednoczesnie wizualnie lekka i azurowa forme. Kolejnym elementem modulowym mebli z zestawu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest element z szufladami, w którym znajduja sie dwie szuflady umieszczone jedna nad druga. Element z szufladami ma szerokosc równa szerokosci dwóch kostek, natomiast wysokosc i glebokosc sa równe wysokosci i glebokosci kostki. Na froncie kazdej szuflady umieszczony jest wystep o ksztalcie zblizonym do podluznej prostokatnej plyty i o wysokosci mniejszej od wysokosci frontu szuflady, przy czym dolna dluga krawedz wystepu górnej szuflady styka sie z dolna dluga krawedzia górnej szuflady, a górna dluga krawedz wystepu dolnej szuflady styka sie z górna dluga krawedzia dolnej szuflady, natomiast przy niestykajacych sie dlugich krawedziach wystepów, odpowiednio górnej i dolnej szuflady, znajduje sie element dekoracyjny w postaci waskiej podluznej listwy wykonanej, np. ze szkla, kamienia czy skóry. Kostki umieszczone sa w rzedach w taki sposób, ze stykaja sie ze soba bokami, a powstale w ten sposób rzedy rozmieszczone sa jeden nad drugim w niewielkich odstepach tak, ze powstaje miedzy nimi waska szczelina. Odpowiednio w taki sam sposób umieszczone sa w rzedach elementy z szufladami. Rzedy kostek lub rzedy kostek i elementów z szufladami polaczone sa ze soba za pomoca elementów laczacych, które umieszczone sa w szczelinach pomiedzy rzedami, a takze w szczelinach pomiedzy rzedami a korpusem. W zewnetrznych naroznikach kostek pomiedzy rzedami oraz pomiedzy rzedami a korpusem znajduja sie elementy dekoracyjne w postaci kwadratowej plytki wykonanej, np. ze szkla, kamienia czy skóry. W zewnetrznych naroznikach kostek pomiedzy rzedami oraz pomiedzy rzedami a korpusem znajduja sie elementy dekoracyjne w postaci kwadratowej plytki. Poprzez zastosowanie takiego elementu dekoracyjnego pomiedzy kostkami uzyskuje sie charakterystyczna dla zestawu wizualnie lekka azurowa forme. The design's novelty and individual character are evident in the lines, contours, and simple, geometric shapes of the modular and decorative elements, which give the furniture a visually distinctive, light, open-framed form. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a rectangular shelving unit, Fig. 2 shows a stepped shelving unit, Fig. 3 shows a tall rectangular shelving unit, Fig. 4 shows a low rectangular shelving unit, Fig. 5 shows a chest of drawers, Fig. 6 shows a desk, and Fig. 7 shows a detail of the cube connections in the modular furniture set. Each piece of furniture from Fig. 1 to Fig. 6 can be used as a wall-mounted unit or as a free-standing unit (e.g., a partition wall). The furniture from the modular set according to this industrial design is composed of a basic modular element with a shape similar to a cube (hereinafter referred to as the cube), an additional modular element with drawers (hereinafter referred to as the drawer element), and decorative elements that give the furniture its characteristic geometric, yet visually light and open-frame form. The cube can be open or enclosed, and the cube can be enclosed, for example, with doors with smooth fronts. Another modular element of the furniture from the industrial design set is the drawer element, which contains two drawers placed one above the other. The drawer element has a width equal to the width of the two cubes, while its height and depth are equal to the height and depth of the cube. Each drawer front features a protrusion similar to an elongated rectangular board and less than the drawer front. The lower long edge of the upper drawer protrusion touches the lower long edge of the upper drawer, and the upper long edge of the lower drawer protrusion touches the upper long edge of the lower drawer. The non-contacting long edges of the protrusions, respectively, of the upper and lower drawers, are accented by a decorative element in the form of a narrow, elongated strip made of, for example, glass, stone, or leather. The protrusion and the decorative strip are arranged in mirror image on the upper and lower drawers. The cubes are arranged in rows so that they touch side by side, and the resulting rows are arranged one above the other at small intervals, creating a narrow gap between them. The drawer units are arranged in the same manner. Rows of cubes, or rows of cubes and drawer units, are connected using connecting elements, which are placed in the gaps between the rows and also in the gaps between the rows and the body. Decorative elements in the form of square tiles made of glass, stone, or leather, for example, are located in the outer corners of the cubes. The rectangular shelf in Figure 1 consists of four rows of modular elements: a bottom row with three drawer elements and three rows of open cubes above it, six in each row. The stepped shelf in Figure 2 consists of cubes arranged in a stepped structure, with the bottom row consisting of two drawer elements placed symmetrically on the sides and two open cubes placed in the center. The row above contains four open cubes, the next row contains three cubes, two of which are open and one has a door, while the top row contains one open cube and one closed cube. The tall rectangular shelf in Figure 3 consists of five rows, including a bottom row with four drawer elements and four rows of eight open cubes. The desk from fig. 6, like all the furniture in the set, has simple, geometric shapes that stylistically refer to the other furniture in the set and consists of a rectangular top, a chest with three rectangular drawers, and a leg made of board, where above each drawer there is a decorative element in the form of a narrow longitudinal strip made of e.g. glass, stone or leather, and in the recess located on the outer side of the leg at the top just below the desk top, there is a narrow longitudinal strip made of e.g. glass, stone or leather. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The furniture from the modular set according to this industrial design is composed of a basic modular element in a shape similar to a cube (hereinafter referred to as the cube), an additional modular element with drawers (hereinafter referred to as the drawer element), and decorative elements that give the furniture the characteristic geometric, yet visually light and open-work form of the set. The drawer elements are placed in the same way within the rows. Decorative elements in the form of square tiles are placed in the outer corners of the cubes, between the rows and between the rows and the body. By using such a decorative element between the cubes, a visually light, open-work form is achieved, characteristic of the set.
