Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru jest komplet mebli pokojowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracjach gdzie Fig. 1 ukazuje widok perspektywiczny szafki dolnej z drzwiami, Fig. 2 ukazuje widok perspektywiczny szafki dolnej z szufladami, Fig. 3 ukazuje widok perspektywiczny regalu wiszacego. Zestaw mebli pokojowych wedlug wzoru sklada sie z szafek dolnych, regalu wiszacego. Szafka przedstawiona na Fig. 1 ma ksztalt prostokata i jest w pelni zamknieta drzwiami. Korpus tej szafki jest bialy, zas blat w kolorze jasnego drewna z widocznym uslojeniem. Prostokatny uchwyt w kolorze chromu znajduje sie u góry, posrodku drzwi i ma polozenie wertykalne. Nózki usytuowane blisko narozników maja ksztalt prostokatny w kolorze chromu i polozenie wertykalne. Szafka przedstawiona na Fig. 2 ma ksztalt prostokata symetrycznie podzielonego na dwa segmenty. Kazdy segment u góry na otwarta pólke a na dole szuflade. Wysokosc pólki odpowiada wysokosci szuflady. Szuflada ma prostokatny uchwyt w kolorze chromu umieszczony wertykalnie u góry, po srodku szuflady. Korpus oraz wnetrze tej szafki sa biale, zas blat w kolorze jasnego drewna z widocznym uslojeniem. Nózki usytuowane blisko narozników maja ksztalt prostokatny w kolorze chromu i polozenie wertykalne. Regal wiszacy przedstawiony na Fig. 3 ma ksztalt prostokata i sklada sie z 3 kwadratowych segmentów oddzielonych pionowymi poprzeczkami. Wysokosc poprzeczek jest mniejsza niz wysokosc boków regalu, co tworzy charakterystyczny uskok u góry pólki. Pólka jest otwarta od góry. Korpus regalu i poprzeczki sa w kolorze jasnego drewna z widocznym uslojeniem. Tylna scianka regalu jest w kolorze bialym. Cechy istotne wzoru: – kolorystyka: jasne drewno z wyraznym uslojeniem, pozostale z elementami w kolorze bialym z polyskiem. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the illustrations where Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a lower cabinet with doors, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of a lower cabinet with drawers, Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of a hanging shelf. The set of living room furniture according to the design consists of lower cabinets, a hanging shelf. The cabinet shown in Fig. 1 has the shape of a rectangle and is fully closed with doors. The body of this cabinet is white, while the top is in the color of light wood with visible grain. A rectangular handle in chrome is located at the top, in the middle of the door and has a vertical position. The legs located near the corners have a rectangular shape in chrome and a vertical position. The cabinet shown in Fig. 2 has the shape of a rectangle symmetrically divided into two segments. Each segment has an open shelf at the top and a drawer at the bottom. The shelf height corresponds to the drawer height. The drawer has a rectangular chrome handle placed vertically at the top, in the middle of the drawer. The body and interior of this cabinet are white, while the top is in light wood with visible grain. The legs located near the corners have a rectangular shape in chrome and a vertical position. The hanging shelf shown in Fig. 3 has a rectangular shape and consists of 3 square segments separated by vertical crossbars. The height of the crossbars is lower than the height of the sides of the shelf, which creates a characteristic step at the top of the shelf. The shelf is open at the top. The body of the shelf and the crossbars are in light wood with visible grain. The back wall of the shelf is white. Essential features of the pattern: – colours: light wood with distinct grain, other with elements in white with gloss.
