Description
EKOTERM czy EKOGLIN.EKOTERM or EKOGLIN.
Attempts are being made to use hydrocarbon fractions as fuel, which constitute a by-stream of the process of obtaining light olefins of the ethylene type. The disadvantage of these fractions is high cokeability with relatively high density and viscosity. Heating to high temperatures before the combustion process to improve its efficiency is irrational due to the presence of resin-forming compounds that adversely affect the durability of heating devices, deteriorating the composition of the fumes emitted to the environment.
Olej taki charakteryzuje się lepkością 5-8 mm /s w 20°C przy gęstości nie przekraczającej 0,960 g/cm3 i zawartości siarki nie wyższej niż 0,25% masowych, temperaturze zapłonu nie niższej niż 55°C i wartości opałowej nie niższej niż 40000 KJ/KG Przefiltrowanie przez siatki o oczkach 0,4 mm2 oraz osiągnięcie temperatury krzepnięcia poniżej - 30°CIt was surprisingly found that by adding certain carbohydrate fractions derived from the processing of coke oven benzol and paraffin-naphthane fractions from the conservative and reprocessing processes of crude oil, as well as the by-product of the synthesis of high molecular weight alcohols and the residues of the distillation synthesis of alkylbenzenes, it is possible to obtain fuel oil with properties comparable to those of EKOTERM oils. Such oil has a viscosity of 5-8 mm / s at 20 ° C, with a density not exceeding 0.960 g / cm 3 and a sulfur content not exceeding 0.25% by mass, a flash point not lower than 55 ° C and a calorific value not lower than 40,000 KJ / KG Filtering through mesh 0.4 mm 2 and achieving a solidification point below - 30 ° C
