The essence of the industrial design is the new graphic design of the film for individual packaging of sausages, manifested in the arrangement and colour of individual decorative and information elements, aimed at attractive display of the "Duda Zaklady Mięsne" logotype, registered as trademark R - 241342 and for advertising high-class sausages under the name "MEDIOLANKI". The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached coloured illustrative material, which presents the film for packaging of sausages. Essential features of the industrial design The foil according to the design, for a single package of high-class sausages called "MEDIOLANKI", has a rectangular shape. This packaging has been divided into three horizontal segments. The first segment is the manufacturer's logotype "Duda Zakly Mięsne", registered as trademark R - 241342. The second segment contains the product name "MEDIOLANKI" and the advertising slogan "Tasty e-meats for the whole family" registered for protection as a word trademark Z - 375276. The product name "MEDIOLANKI" is written in a handwritten style, the letters are red, each of them has two borders: one in dark gold, the other - light gold. In addition, from the bottom, the letters are underlined with a black border, giving the whole word a spatial character. Name The product segment is placed at an angle, matching the arrangement of sausages on the platter. Below the product name there is the advertising slogan "Tasty meats for the whole family" (Z - 375276), placed on a fragment of a narrow ribbon, also written in handwriting stylized as handwriting, where the letters are black and the ribbon is red. The background for all the above-mentioned graphic elements of the packaging film, such as the logo, product name, advertising slogan and product photo is a wide, wavy ribbon, running vertically, taking up the vast majority of the packaging surface. The background of the ribbon is a photo of historic buildings in Milan in a full range of shades of golden color. On both sides, the ribbon is bordered with red and golden piping.
