Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest skrzydlo drzwiowe przeznaczone zwlaszcza do pomieszczen mieszkalnych i biurowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac skrzydla drzwiowego nadana mu przez podluzny element zdobniczy, wystepujacy jedno- lub wielokrotnie w poszczególnych odmianach. Przedmiotowy wzór uwidoczniono na ilustracjach od fig. 1 do fig. 7b. Pierwsza odmiane skrzydla drzwiowego, zawierajacego jeden element zdobniczy, osadzonego w oscieznicy, uwidoczniono na fig. 1. Fig. 1a przedstawia pierwsza odmiane skrzydla drzwiowego w pozycji uchylonej, zas fig. 1b - pierwsza odmiane w widoku z przeciwnej strony w pozycji otwartej. Ponadto fig. 1c ukazuje element zdobniczy w powiekszeniu. Druga odmiane skrzydla drzwiowego, zawierajacego jeden element zdobniczy, osadzonego w oscieznicy, uwidoczniono na fig. 2. Fig. 2a przedstawia druga odmiane skrzydla drzwiowego w pozycji uchylonej, zas fig. 2b - druga odmiane w widoku z przeciwnej strony w pozycji otwartej. Trzecia odmiane skrzydla drzwiowego, zawierajacego trzy elementy zdobnicze, osadzonego w oscieznicy, uwidoczniono na fig. 3. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Wszystkie odmiany wzoru przemyslowego wyrózniaja sie obecnoscia co najmniej jednego podluznego elementu zdobniczego, uwidocznionego na fig. 1c i na pozostalych ilustracjach. Element ozdobny jest jednoczesnie elementem konstrukcyjnym, przerywajacym ciaglosc materialu, z którego wykonane jest skrzydlo drzwiowe. Jest on widoczny z kazdej strony skrzydla drzwiowego, przy czym zachowuje ciaglosc na calej widocznej powierzchni i jest dopasowany do plaszczyzny drzwi stanowiac z nia jedna powierzchnie, zarówno na plaszczyznach licowych, jak i bocznych. The essence of the design is a new form of the door leaf given to it by an elongated decorative element, appearing once or multiple times in individual variations. The design in question is shown in illustrations from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7b. The first variation of the door leaf, containing a single decorative element, embedded in the door frame, is shown in Fig. 1. Fig. 1a shows the first variation of the door leaf in a tilted position, while Fig. 1b shows the first variation from the opposite side in the open position. Furthermore, Fig. 1c shows the decorative element enlarged. The second variant of the door leaf, containing one decorative element, embedded in the door frame, is shown in Fig. 2. Fig. 2a shows the second variant of the door leaf in the tilted position, while Fig. 2b shows the second variant in a view from the opposite side in the open position. The third variant of the door leaf, containing three decorative elements, embedded in the door frame, is shown in Fig. 3. Fig. 3a shows the third variant of the door leaf in the tilted position, while Fig. 3b shows the third variant in a view from the opposite side in the open position. The fourth variant of the door leaf, containing two decorative elements, mounted in the door frame, is shown in Fig. 4. Essential Features of an Industrial Design All variants of the industrial design are distinguished by the presence of at least one elongated decorative element, shown in Fig. 1c and the other illustrations. A decorative element is also a structural element, interrupting the continuity of the material from which the door leaf is made. It is visible from all sides of the door leaf, maintaining continuity across the entire visible surface and is aligned with the door surface, forming a single surface with it, both on the face and sides.
