Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest brama segmentowa kasetonowa z kolowym elementem ozdobnym i kasetonami kwadratowymi oraz prostokatnymi o wydluzonych bokach poziomych, majaca zastosowanie w halach produkcyjnych i garazach. Brama segmentowa wedlug wzoru jest rozwiazaniem nowym i oryginalnym w stosunku do znanych rozwiazan. Brama wykonana jest z drewna klejonego i sklada sie z czterech segmentów w ksztalcie ram prostokatnych zawierajacych po dwa kasetony kwadratowe i trzy kasetony prostokatne oraz elementu ozdobnego w ksztalcie kola wewnatrz z dwoma lukami i poziomymi elementami, dwa kasetony kwadratowe sa podzielone wydluzonymi prostokatnymi poziomymi elementami. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniony jest na rysunku fig. 1 w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 w rzucie z boku. Segmenty stykaja sie ze soba powierzchniami w ksztalcie paraboli 6 na calej szerokosci bramy i sa polaczone zawiasami umozliwiajacymi odchylenie segmentów od pionu przy podnoszeniu bramy. The sectional door, as designed, is a new and original solution compared to existing designs. The door is made of laminated wood and consists of four rectangular frame-shaped segments containing two square panels and three rectangular panels, as well as a circular decorative element inside with two arches and horizontal elements. The two square panels are divided by extended rectangular horizontal elements. The industrial design is shown in Figure 1, a front view, and Figure 2, a side view. The sectional cassette door, according to the industrial design in Fig. 1, comprises four segments connected by hinges and eight square and sixteen cassettes in the shape of elongated rectangles and a circular decorative element, while in Fig. 2 the segments are made of laminated glued timber in the shape of rectangular frames 1 divided into cassettes filled with heat-insulating material 5, covered with a panel 2 and a decorative panel 3, and on the other side with a waterproof sandwich panel 4. The segments contact each other with parabolic surfaces 6 along the entire width of the door and are connected by hinges enabling the segments to deflect from the vertical when the door is raised. Essential features of the industrial design: – a sectional cassette door with a decorative element as per the design, made in the form of four segments in the shape of elongated rectangular frames containing two square cassettes and four rectangular cassettes covered with panels and decorative panels in the shape of a square rectangle, a circular decorative element with two internal arches and two horizontal elements, and the two square cassettes are divided by elongated rectangular horizontal elements, – the contact surfaces of the door segments have a parabolic shape across the entire width of the door, allowing the segments to deviate from the vertical when the door is raised.
