Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a vertically boarded sectional door with horizontal slats and in the shape of an inverted "Z", intended for use in production halls and garages. The sectional door according to the design is a new and original solution compared to known solutions. The door is made of glued wood and consists of four segments in the shape of rectangular boarded frames. The industrial design is shown in Fig. 1 in a front view, and Fig. 2 in a side view. The sectional door, planked according to the industrial design shown in Fig. 1, comprises four segments connected by hinges and covered with vertical boards with decorative strips in the shape of an inverted letter "Z", and in Fig. 2 the segments are made of glued laminated timber in the shape of rectangular frames 1 filled with heat-insulating material 5, covered with a panel 2 and boards 3, and on the other side with a waterproof sandwich panel 4. The segments are in contact with each other with surfaces in the shape of a parabola 6 along the entire width of the door and are connected with hinges enabling the segments to be tilted. Essential features of the industrial design: – vertically boarded sectional gate with decorative strips attached in the shape of an inverted letter "Z" according to the design, made in the form of segments in the shape of rectangular frames covered with panels and decorative elements in the form of vertical boarding with decorative strips attached in the shape of an inverted letter "Z". – the contact surfaces of the gate segments have the shape of a parabola along the entire width of the gate, allowing the segments to deviate from the vertical when the gate is lifted.
