Istota wzoru i jego odmian jest wspólna aranzacja elementów slownych, graficzno-ornamentacyjnych i kolorystycznych o indywidualnym charakterze. Istotnym dla wzoru i jego kolejnych odmian jest sposób kompozycyjnego rozmieszczenia elementów slownych i ornamentacyjnych wzgledem siebie, a cechami dodatkowo wyrózniajacymi wzór jest kolorystyka poszczególnych detali wzoru. Powierzchnia etykiety nad czerwonym rombem wykorzystywana jest przez napisy dodatkowo identyfikujace i opisujace produkt, w szczególnosci zas jego przeznaczenie, wielkosc jednostkowa opakowania a takze cechy i zalety produktu. Napisy te umieszczone sa równolegle do dlugiego boku prostokata i wpisane sa na planie rombu, którego lewy bok podobnie jak w przypadku rombu czerwonego wyznacza ukosnie umieszczona nazwa produktu, a z kolei prawe boki obu rombów przystaja do kolejnego ornamentu o falistym ksztalcie z slimakowatymi zawinieciami przypominajacy korzen rosliny, pod która umieszczony jest drugi analogiczny do opisanego powyzej uklad elementów. The essence of the design and its variants is the common arrangement of verbal, graphic, ornamental, and color elements with an individual character. The compositional arrangement of the verbal and ornamental elements relative to each other is crucial for the design and its subsequent variants, while the colors of the individual design details are additional distinguishing features. The label, according to the design, is a rectangle containing verbal and graphic, ornamental elements, arranged spatially so that the shorter sides of the label rectangle can interlock after application to the product packaging, creating a continuous pattern containing two repeating arrangements of verbal, graphic, and ornamental elements. Each of the two congruent element systems contains the product name in bold black font, placed diagonally at a 45-degree angle to the bottom edge of the rectangle. Parallel to the diagonally placed product name is an inscription containing the product's catalog identifier, written in black font smaller than the font used for the product name. Above the product name, along its entire length, is a distinctive graphic and ornamental element with a wavy shape and spiral-like curls, resembling a plant shoot. To the right of the product name, in the lower part of the label rectangle, a red rhombus is placed along the longer side of the rectangle, the left side of which is defined by a line parallel to the diagonal product name. Within this inscription, in white font, is the manufacturer's, product, or other data, particularly those indicating the product's technical parameters. These inscriptions are placed in several lines parallel to the long side of the rectangle constituting the label. The label surface above the red rhombus is used for additional inscriptions identifying and describing the product, specifically its intended use, the unit size of the package, and the product's features and benefits. These inscriptions are placed parallel to the long side of the rectangle and are inscribed in a rhombus shape. The left side of the rhombus, similarly to the red rhombus, is marked by a diagonally placed product name. The right sides of both rhombuses, in turn, are aligned with another wavy ornament with spiral-like curls resembling a plant root, beneath which is a second arrangement of elements similar to the one described above. The subject of the design and its subsequent variants is shown in the illustration, in which all figures have a common compositional arrangement of verbal and graphic-ornamental elements, while Fig. 1 corresponds to variant No. 1 of the design, in which the background of the label is white and the plant ornament is green, moreover, the repeating arrangement of elements is arranged in such a way that the name of the product of one of the arrangements is aligned with the lower left corner of the label rectangle, Fig. 2 corresponds to variant No. 2, in which the background of the label is white, the plant ornament is green, and the repeating arrangement of elements is arranged in such a way that the name of the product of one of the arrangements is aligned with the upper right corner of the label rectangle, Fig. 3 corresponds to variant No. 3, in which the background of the label is green, the plant ornament is white, and the repeating arrangement of elements is arranged in such a way that the name of the product of one of the arrangements is congruent with the upper right corner of the label rectangle. Essential features of an industrial design and its variants are the figurative features resulting from the compositional arrangement of verbal and graphic-ornamental elements relative to each other. They distinguish the submitted design from other, already known designs and constitute the basis for its identification.
