Kalendarz jest przeznaczony do zapisywania róznorodnych wydarzen zwiazanych z zajeciami czlonków rodziny jak i wychowywaniem oraz rozwojem dzieci. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez uksztaltowanie powierzchni, uklad linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. In addition to its primary function, it allows for planning various events, such as scheduled doctor's visits, shopping trips, and meals. The calendar is intended for recording various events related to family activities, as well as the raising and development of children. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by the surface shape, line layout, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 - illustrates the front wall, Fig. 2 - the back of the calendar from the outside, Fig. 3 - the back of the calendar from the inside, and in the drawing, where Fig. 4 - presents the cover of the calendar wall, Fig. 5 - the cover with attached overlays, Fig. 6 - the overlays before being attached to the cover, Fig. 7 - a sheet of stickers constituting the calendar equipment, Fig. 8 - a sheet of calendar card variant 1, Fig. 9 - a sheet of calendar card variant 2, Fig. 10 - a sheet of calendar card variant 3, Fig. 11 - a sheet of calendar card variant 4. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached photographs and drawings include that the calendar - family planner is shaped in the form of A rectangular bundle of sheets, joined along the top edge with a spiral staple, with the back of the calendar extending beyond the lower edge of the front panel and the sheet bundle. The protruding section of the back panel at the front features a central holder for attaching a pen for making notes on the calendar pages. The front panel of the calendar is decorated with colorful graphic forms, arranged in alternating horizontal rows. At the bottom, it has a strip of informative inscriptions, while at a distance from the top edge, the front surface of the calendar is decorated with a panel with fanciful inscriptions. The exterior back of the calendar is decorated at the top and bottom with graphic forms similar to those on the front panel. Between these decorations, at the top, there is a panel identical to the front panel, and below, a reproduction of the calendar page as on the inside. The appearance of this card reveals the stickers included with the calendar. The inside back of the calendar has a pocket near the bottom edge for stickers. A pen holder is attached to the pocket in the center. Part of the wall of the calendar pocket is visible from the front. Above the pocket are separate sections for notes for each month. Above the sections, each with a separate month entered, is a calendar for two consecutive years. The stickers, which complement the calendar/family planner, follow an industrial design and take the form of a sheet divided into equal-sized sections. Circles with various drawings, coated on the underside with self-adhesive foil, are glued into these sections. The drawings on the circles symbolize various activities associated with family life, raising and educating children. These include drawings depicting stars, a smiling sun, a cup, an exclamation point, a doctor's earpiece, a stylized heart, a gift, a table setting, a comb and scissors, a theater mask, musical notes, paints, a ball, tennis rackets, an airplane, a skipping rope game, oral hygiene products, and flags of foreign countries. The calendar also includes a transparent cover, attached to the calendar sheet. Its shape reproduces the outline of the calendar page. The cover allows for the attachment of the stickers described above, symbolizing specific plans and activities in family life and childrearing, as well as the overlays that constitute the calendar's accessories. The overlays are sheets divided into sections, which are cut and attached to the transparent cover. The calendar/family planner, based on industrial design variant 1, features a top border with inscriptions along the sides and a central panel identical in shape to the front panel, with an inscription designating the month it covers. Its surface is divided into vertical columns and transverse rows. The outermost column is decorated with inscriptions representing three consecutive days of the month, along with the names of the days of the week. At the bottom is a section for notes, with a perforated edge between the fixed part of the sheet and the notes section. The section of the sheet designated for notes is divided into smaller sections by perforated lines running perpendicular to the perforated edge separating the notes section from the fixed part of the sheet.
