Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie butelki i ukladzie linii ornamentowych , ozdabiajacych je j sciane. Butelka, zaprojektowana zgodnie z wzorem zdobniczym, jest pokazana na fotografii fig.1, przedstawiajacej postac butelki. Z dwu stron butelki, na powierzchni sciany butelki znajduje sie wzór ornamentowy, utworzony przez wklesla , ciagla linie spiralna. Linia ta jest zblizona do podwójnej spirali zlaczonej w punkcie srodkowym spirali. Krótsza i dluzsza srednica linii spiralnej ograniczone krzywa przebiegu brzegowych zwojów, leza na prostopadlych do siebie osiach symetrii spirali. Osie te sa nachylone pod katem ku pionowej osi butelki, i przecinaja sie w punkcie srodkowym spirali, usytuowanym na pionowej osi symetrii butelki, oddalonym od dna butelki powyzej polowy wysokosci pojemnika butelki, przy czym punkt srodkowy spirali dzieli jej krótsza srednice na dwa nierówne sobie odcinki. Dluzszy z nich ogranicza od dolu punkt przeciecia z najnizej w stosunku do dna butelki polozonym zwojem spirali. Ksztalt butelki wyznacza geometria bryly butelki, utworzonej przez czesc szyjkowa i pojemnik butelki zblizony do walca, którego powierzchnia boczna lagodnym lukiem zmierza od obu podstaw walca do poziomu o najwiekszej wkleslosci w bryle pojemnika butelki .Szyjka butelki jest scieta stozkowo ku kolnierzowi ograniczajacemu otwór butelki, przy czym odleglosc plaszczyzny podstawy butelki od poziomu przewezenia pojemnika butelki oraz odleglosc otworu butelki od poziomu zlaczenia pojemnika z szyjka butelki sa zblizone. PL PL PLBOTTLE The right to register an ornamental design is valid from: ^ October 2000. Author of the ornamental design: The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in the shape of the bottle and the arrangement of ornamental lines decorating its wall. The bottle, designed according to the ornamental design, is shown in photograph Fig. 1, which depicts the bottle. On both sides of the bottle, on the surface of the wall, there is an ornamental pattern created by a concave, continuous spiral line. This line is similar to a double spiral connected at the spiral's center point. The shorter and longer diameters of the spiral line, bounded by the curve of the edge coils, lie on the spiral's perpendicular axes of symmetry. These axes are inclined at an angle to the bottle's vertical axis and intersect at the spiral's midpoint, located on the bottle's vertical axis of symmetry, located above halfway up the bottle's bottom. The spiral's midpoint divides its shorter diameter into two unequal segments. The longer segment limits the intersection point with the lowest spiral turn relative to the bottle's bottom. The bottle's shape is determined by the geometry of the bottle body, formed by the neck portion and the cylinder-like bottle container, whose lateral surface gently curves from both cylinder bases to the level of greatest concavity in the bottle container body. The bottle neck is conically cut towards the flange limiting the bottle opening, with the distance of the bottle base plane from the level of the bottle container's throat and the distance of the bottle opening from the level of the container's junction with the bottle neck being similar. The bottle base gently curves from the cylinder base to the lateral surface defining the transparent bottle wall, and the rim of the bottle bottom has a series of concave-convex grooves.
