Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet opakowan do wyrobów cukierniczych, w szczególnosci do owoców oblewanych czekolada. Nowa postac wzoru przejawia sie w kolorystyce i ukladzie graficznym. Opakowania wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sa przedstawione na rysunku, którym fig. 1 przedstawia rzut prostokatny rozlozonego opakowania dla produktu: „sliwki slaskie", a fig. 2 przedstawia rzut prostokatny rozlozonego opakowania dla produktu: „wisnie slaskie". Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa: 1. kolorystyka opakowania, którego tlo oraz wszystkie elementy graficzne maja poza kolorem bialym jeden kolor o róznym stopniu nasycenia, rysunek owoców oraz napisy maja kolor intensywny, natomiast tlo znacznie rozjasniony. 2. umieszczony w centralnej czesci podstawy opakowania, na tle kola w kolorze rozjasnionego tla opakowania, element slowny „HANKA", którego litery sa napisane w sposób, jak gdyby byly wpisane w wycinek kola, natomiast po jego obu stronach umieszczone sa rysunki owoców, a ponizej, napisy: nazwa owocu z dopiskiem „SLASKIE" oraz ponizej: „w czekoladzie naturalnej", a pod nim wyraz „Niezawijane". 3. dla wzoru pierwszego, fig. 1, kolorystyka fioletowa w róznych odcieniach. 4. dla wzoru drugiego, fig. 2, kolorystyka wisniowa w róznych odcieniach.PL 19551 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 19551 4 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a set of packaging for confectionery products, in particular for chocolate-coated fruit. The new form of the design is visible in the colours and graphic layout. The packaging according to the industrial design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a rectangular view of the unfolded packaging for the product: "Silesian plums", and Fig. 2 shows a rectangular view of the unfolded packaging for the product: "Silesian cherries".
