Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac etykiety przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnej szacie graficznej i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których na fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 przedstawiono trzy kolejne odmiany etykiety w widoku ogólnym. Etykieta wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt poziomego prostokata o jednobarwnym tle. W górnej prawej czesci etykiety umieszczony jest perspektywiczny rysunek batonu musli w kolorze bialym, zóltym, pomaranczowym, czerwonym, bezowym i brazowym, zas po jego lewej stronie zlozone oznaczenie slowno-graficzne skladajace sie z nastepujacych elementów: (a) napisu „BA!" wykonanego kapitalikami, pismem dwuelementowym, szeryfowym, w kolorze bialym z szarym cieniem; (b) scietej elipsy o zielonym wypelnieniu i bialym obramowaniu umieszczonej ponad litera „A" oraz znakiem wykrzyknienia „!" napisu „BA!", przy czym na tle wypelnienia elipsy znajduje sie napis „BAKALLAND" wykonany kapitalikami, pismem jednoelementowym, szeryfowym w kolorze bialym; (c) wizerunku slonca czesciowo zakrytego lewym górnym rogiem scietej elipsy, o której mowa w pkt (b); (d) napisu „WYSZUKANE PRZYJEMNOSCI" wykonanego kapitalikami, pismem jednoelementowym, bezszeryfowym w kolorze zielonym, umieszczonego ponad scieta elipsa, o której mowa w pkt (b); napisu „ … i mysl pozytywnie" wykonanego malymi literami, kursywa, pismem jednoelementowym, bezszeryfowym, w kolorze zielonym, umieszczonego ponizej litery „A" oraz znaku wykrzyknienia „!" napisu „BA!". The essence of the design is a new form of the label, manifested in its original graphic design and color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawings, in which Figures 1, 2, and 3 show three subsequent variations of the label in general view. The label, according to the design, is in the shape of a horizontal rectangle with a single-color background. In the upper right-hand part of the label is a perspective drawing of a muesli bar in white, yellow, orange, red, beige, and brown, while to its left is a complex verbal and figurative marking consisting of the following elements: (a) the inscription "BA!" in small caps, in two-element serif script, in white with a gray shadow; (b) a truncated ellipse with green filling and a white border, placed above the letter "A" and the exclamation mark "!" of the inscription "BA!", with the inscription "BAKALLAND" written in small capital letters, in a single-element, white serif font, against the background of the inscription "BA!"; (c) an image of the sun partially covered by the upper left corner of the truncated ellipse, referred to in point (b); (d) the inscription "WYSZUKANE PRZYJEMNOSCI" written in small capital letters, in a single-element, sans-serif font, in green, placed above the truncated ellipse, referred to in point (b); the inscription "… and think positively" written in small italics, in a single-element, sans-serif font, in green, placed below the letter "A" and the exclamation mark "!" of the inscription "BA!". On the right side of the label, below a perspective image of a muesli bar, there's a white, two-element serif inscription identifying the muesli bar's ingredients. Additional graphic elements on the label include colorful images of fruit or dried fruit, which are ingredients of the individual bar varieties, a beige image of an ear of wheat, and oat grains. These additional graphic elements are located below the perspective image of the muesli bar and along the left edge of the label. The label for the first variety (Fig. 1) has a dark green background with an image of a bar in meringue, orange, red, white, and brown, as well as images of fresh and dried plums in purple, raisins in orange, grapes in green, fresh and dried apricots in orange, fresh and dried cranberries in red, and an ear of corn and oat grains in meringue. On the right side of the label, below a perspective image of a muesli bar, the inscription "5 dried fruits" appears. The label of the second variant (Fig. 2) has a light green background, with a bar image in yellow, orange, beige, and brown, images of peanuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts, cashews, and almonds in beige and brown, and an ear of corn and oat grains in beige. On the right side of the label, below a perspective image of a muesli bar, there is the inscription "5 nuts." The label according to the third variant (fig. 3) has a turquoise background, and the image of the bar is in white, beige, white, orange, and brown, the image of a banana in beige and yellow, the image of a coconut in white and brown, the image of a pineapple in yellow and brown, the image of a papaya in yellow, orange, and brown, the image of a mango in red, and the image of an ear of corn and oat grains in beige. In the right part of the label, below the perspective image of the muesli bar, there is the inscription "5 tropical fruits." Significant features of the industrial design The label according to the design is in the shape of a horizontal rectangle with a single-color background. In the upper right-hand part of the label there is a perspective drawing of a muesli bar in white, yellow, orange, red, beige and brown, and on the left-hand side there is a complex verbal and graphic mark consisting of the following elements: (a) the inscription "BA!" in capital letters, in two-element serif script, in white with a grey shadow; (b) a truncated ellipse with green filling and a white border placed above the letter "A" and the exclamation mark "!" of the inscription "BA!", with the inscription "BAKALLAND" in capital letters, in one-element serif script, in white against the background of the filled ellipse; (c) an image of the sun partially covered by the upper left corner of the truncated ellipse referred to in point (b); (d) the inscription "WYSZUKANE PRZYJEMNOSCI" in small capital letters, in a single-element sans-serif font, PL 20994 3, in green, placed above the truncated ellipse referred to in point (b); the inscription "... i myśl postytucji" in small italics, in a single-element sans-serif font, in green, placed below the letter "A" and the exclamation mark "!" of the inscription "BA!". In the right part of the label, below the perspective drawing of a muesli bar, there is an inscription in a two-element serif font, in white, specifying the ingredients of the muesli bar. Additional graphic elements on the label are coloured drawings of fruit or dried fruit constituting the ingredients of individual varieties of bars and a drawing of an ear of corn and oat grains in beige. The described additional graphic elements are placed below the perspective drawing of the muesli bar and along the left edge of the label.
