Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie przeznaczone zwlaszcza do frytek, na- chos, tacos. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie, ukladzie graficznym. Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w odmianie pierwszej jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ry- sunkach Fig. 1 - Fig. 8, przy czym na Fig. 1 - przedstawiono wzór opakowania w wersji rozlozonej (siatka), a na kolejnych figurach, tj. Fig. 2 - 6 - poszczególne widoki zlozonego opakowania. Na Fig. 7 - 8 przedstawiono wzór w odmianie drugiej. Opakowanie w wersji rozlozonej ksztaltem przypomina paletke z przesunieta raczka oraz wy- cieciem u szczytu tworzacym dwie zakladki (nózki) - uwidocznione na Fig. 1. Po zlozeniu opakowanie przedstawiono na Fig. 2 - 6, gdzie dno oparte jest na planie prostokata, dwie scianki wyzsze wycho- dza z jego dluzszego boku, oraz dwie niskie utworzone nad krótszym bokiem prostokata. Jedna z krótszych scianek tworzona jest przez raczke paletki z Fig. 1, druga moze byc utworzona z zakladek (nózek), przy czym moga one byc otwarte na zewnatrz, co m.in. stabilizuje opakowanie i pozwala je swobodnie postawic na blacie. Na plaszczyznach opakowania mozna nanosic nadruki, co przedstawia druga odmiana wzoru przemyslowego pokazana na Fig. 7 - 8. Umieszczono na niej - symbol zakazu wjazdu, napisy infor- macyjne oraz fantazyjne tj. „w 100% robione na miejscu dla Ciebie", „TACO!", „GUAC 'N' OLE 100% ORIGINAL FRESH MEXICAN GRIL", grafike. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter po- stac wytworu - opakowania, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie opartym na siatce przypomina- jacym „paletke", ukladzie linii wzoru po jego zlozeniu, oraz charakterystycznych nózkach. W odmianie drugiej wzoru cecha istotna jest równiez uklad graficzny umieszczony na opakowaniu. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, manifested in its original shape and graphic layout. List of Industrial Design Variations The subject of the industrial design in its first variation is shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 - Fig. 8, where Fig. 1 shows the packaging design in an unfolded version (grid), and the subsequent figures, i.e. Fig. 2 - 6, show individual views of the folded packaging. Fig. 7 - 8 show the design in its second variation. When unfolded, the package resembles a pallet with an offset handle and a cutout at the top that forms two tabs (legs)—shown in Fig. 1. Once folded, the package is shown in Figs. 2-6, where the bottom is based on a rectangle, with two taller walls extending from the longer side, and two shorter walls forming above the shorter side of the rectangle. One of the shorter walls is formed by the handle of the pallet in Fig. 1, while the other can be formed by tabs (legs), which can be open outward, which, among other things, stabilizes the package and allows it to be placed freely on a countertop. Prints can be applied to the surfaces of the packaging, as shown in the second version of the industrial design shown in Fig. 7-8. It includes a no-entry symbol, informational and imaginative inscriptions, such as "100% made on site for you", "TACO!", "GUAC 'N' OLE 100% ORIGINAL FRESH MEXICAN GRIL", and graphics. The essential features of the industrial design are the new and unique form of the product - the packaging, manifested in the original shape based on a grid resembling a "pallet", the arrangement of the lines of the design after it is folded, and the characteristic legs. In the second version of the design, the graphic layout on the packaging is also an important feature.
