Z wodnego roztworu wytraca sie zapomoca substancyj alkalicz¬ nych bezbarwna zasade, tworzaca, po prze- krystalizowaniu z wodnego etanolu, proszek krystaliczny, topniejacy w 253 — 254°C. W ten sam sposób z opisanej w przykladzie IV 4-amino-6-etylo-aminochinaldyny otrzy¬ muje sie — 4-amino-6-etylocynamoyloami- nochinaldyne. — 4 —Przyklad IX. 4-amino-S-cyii4mIt has been found that the hitherto unknown Bz-4- and 5z-2-diaminoquinolines, the amino groups of which can be primary or secondary, and the 2'z-amino group can be substituted with any acyl residue, are of great importance due to a lot of their bactericidal properties. These compounds can be obtained or by the customary introduction of a primary or secondary amino group in the 2 or 4 to 5-amino- or alkyl-aminoquinolines or their acyl derivatives by means of suitable halogen derivatives, alkoxy -, hydrazine, carbamides or carbazides (see, for example, Patent No. 7127), or by reduction of primary or secondary 5 [beta] -nitro-2- (or 4) aminoquinolines. The diaminoquinolines obtained according to the present process with one amino group in the benzole core can easily be acylated in the 5z-amino group without attacking the amino group in the heterocyclic ring, so that this route can also be obtained as 5z-acylamino. -2-relatively-4-aminoquinolines. Cyanuric acid may also be used as the acylation agent. Compounds are then obtained, which are effective in diseases caused by protozoa. It is known that the acidic groups of the tribasic cyanuric acid can be reacted gradually, i.e. one after the other, so that it is possible introduce to the cyanuric Iphacid ring, in addition to the Py-aminctohinolylamino residue, other groups, such as hydroxyl, alkoxy, primary or secondary amino groups, etc. Cyanuric chloride is best used as a starting product and substitutes chlorine atoms completely or partially , in any choice and in any order of the residues mentioned, but at least one chlorine atom is replaced by a Py-aminoehinolylamine residue. Example L 4.6-Diaminoquinidine, Prepared in the usual way from p-aminoacetoanilide and acetoacetate ester according to Conrad-Limpach 4 oxy-6-acetoaminochinaldine, forming a colorless, crystalline powder that dissolves in a dilute aqueous solution in sodium, it is carried out by boiling with phosphorus oxychloride in 4-chloro-6-acetoaminochinaldine. It forms a colorless powder that is readily soluble in chloroform, ethanol and acetone, but hardly soluble in petroleum ether and melts after recrystallization from acetic ester and a small amount of ethanol at 208-209 ° C. By saponification of this compound, 4-chloro-6-aminoquinolindin is formed, which dissolves easily in chlorine form and melts, after recrystallization from acetic ester at 170 ° C, turning red. 10 g of the compound obtained in this way were dissolved at 120-130 ° C in 30 g of phenol. Ammonia gas is introduced into the resulting alloy at the same temperature for one hour, and the temperature is then increased very slowly to 190 ° -200 ° C, and it is maintained at this height for approximately one hour. After cooling, a yellow precipitate is removed from the melt by means of acetone, which flows under pressure and dissolves in water. The by-products are separated from the aqueous solution by means of ammonium chloride, and by filtering them off, the colorless 4.6-diaminoquinindine precipitates by adding sodium hydroxide. It crystallizes from water in the form of colorless needles containing 1 molecule of water. On drying in water bath it loses any water of crystallization, and the base obtained has a melting point at 197 ° C. It dissolves lightly in dilute acids and forms, with hydrochloric acid, a colorless dihydrochloride which dissolves poorly in ethanol. Dilute aqueous solutions of this salt have green fluorescence. The yield of the compound obtained is about 70% of the inorganic amount. Example II. 4-amino-6-acetoaminochinindine. 60 g of 4-chloro-6-acetoaminochinaldine are dissolved at a temperature of about 120 ° C in 100 g of phenol, then the reaction with ammonia is carried out according to the method described in example I. The resulting melt is, after cooling, 200 g. cm 3 of ethanol, then the almost colorless 4-amino-6-acetoaminochinaldine hydrochloride crystallizes out on standing for a long time; yield about 45 g. The resulting salt dissolves readily in water. The ammonium acid precipitates a colorless base in the cold, which melts at 250 ° C after recrystallization from methanol. If the principle is also boiled with dilute hydrochloric acid, the compound described in Example 1 is formed. In the same way, 4-chloro-6-benzoylaminoquinidine can be used as a starting product to obtain 4-amino-6. -benzoylaminochinaldyne. Example III. 4-ethylamino-6-aminoquinidine. 24 g of 6-acetylamino-N-chloroquinaldine are heated for 6 hours, in a sealed vessel, to 180 ° C. with 60 cc of approximately 20% alcoholic ethylamine solution. After cooling, the contents of the vessel are diluted with acetone and the formed 4-ethylamino-6-acetylaminoquinidine hydrochloride is drained from the suction pump. The yield of the compound obtained is 23 g. The obtained salt is boiled without further purification for 1 hour under reflux with an alcoholic-aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid, whereupon 4-ethylamino-6-aminoquinidine dihydrochloride is isolated in the form of a colorless thick mass. which is drained by a suction pump and washed with acetone. It can be recrystallized from ethanol for complete purification. An excess of an excess of a colorless base, mp 195 ° C., is precipitated from an aqueous solution of the salt obtained. By treating 6-acetylamino-6-quinaldine instead of ethylamine, methylamine or butylamine, the corresponding 4-methyl- or 4-butylamino-6-aminoquinindine is obtained. Example IV. 4-Amino-6-ethylaminoquinidine. A solution of 24 g of 6-acetylethylamino-4-chloroquinaldine (which can be obtained as a reddish brown resin from p-aminoethylacetoanilide according to example I) in 70 g of phenol is reacted with gaseous ammonia in the manner of Example I. After cooling, a resinous dark salt is deposited by treating the melt with acetone, which is dissolved in water. The impurities are removed from the aqueous solution obtained by careful addition of ammonia and filtered. Then, with the addition of sodium hydroxide, the almost colorless 4-amino-6-acetylethylaminochinaldine is deposited from the slurry, which, after recrystallization from water, has a melting point at a temperature of 221 ° C-222 ° C. By boiling the obtained base, for several hours, under reflux with diluted alcoholic hydrochloric acid containing small amounts of concentrated aqueous hydrochloric acid, the acetyl group is cleaved and the dihydrochloride 4-amino-6-ethylaminoquinidine is obtained, which, after cooling, is drained with a suction pump and washed ethanol, in which it is difficult to dissolve. The yield of the compound obtained is 10 g. It dissolves very easily in water, turning it yellow; Diluted solutions of this compound have an intense green fluorescence. The colorless base, which, after recrystallization from water and ethanol, has a melting point at 232 ° C after recrystallization. 4-amino-6-propylaminochidine and 4-amino acid can be obtained analogously. -6-butylaminoquinindine. Example V. 4.8-Diaminoquinindine. By subjecting o-aminoacetoanilide to the reactions mentioned in example I, 4-oxy-8-acetoaminoquinindine is obtained with a melting point after recrystallization from water. at 293aC, 4-chloro-8-aceto-aminoquinidine as a faint red colored powder, dissolving readily in chloroform and having a melting point of 119 ° C after recrystallization from acetic ester and petroleum ether. - * ¦ * 120 ° C. By saponification of this compound, a 4-chloro-8-aminoquinindner is obtained with a melting point after recrystallization from ethanol at 112 ° C. 104 g of 4-chloro-8-acetoaminochinalindin, dissolved in 310 g of phenol, is reacted with ammonia as described in Example I. After addition of acetone, the crude, light gray-colored 4-amino-8-hydrochloride separates from the melt. acetoaminoquinindine, with a yield of approximately 60 g. The obtained compound is dissolved in hot water, the solution is purified with animal carbon, filtered, and the obtained porridge is heated, after adding concentrated hydrochloric acid, in an amount equal to a third of the volume of the filtered solution on water bath, within 1 - 2 hours. After cooling, the solution solidifies to a colorless, 3-mass crystalline mass, which is 4.8-diaminoquinidine dihydrochloride. By mixing this salt with a strong soda ash, it is converted into a base which is drained off by a suction pump and washed with cold water. The yield of the base obtained is approximately 40 g. After recrystallization from ethanol, 4.8-diaminoquinidine has a melting point of 168 ° C. 4.6-Diaminochirioline. An aqueous solution of 5.5 g of 4-amino-6-nitroquinoline hydrochloride (Berichte der deutschchemi & chen Gesellschaft vol 58, p. 803) is reduced by stirring and heating in a water bath, using 5 g of powdered iron. After% an hour, the reaction product is filtered hot, the filtrate is made alkaline with ammonia and is filtered again. The obtained transparent scrubber is acidified with hydrochloric acid and evaporated. The concentrated solution is then saturated with a strong sodium hydroxide solution, the separated crude base is drained by a suction pump and washed with water. After recrystallization from benzene and a small amount of ethanol, it is obtained as a colorless powder which melts at 215 ° C. and stains dark. The yield of this compound is approximately 2 g. The properties of the obtained 4.6-dinaminoquinoline are very similar to those of its homologue described in example 1. Dilute, slightly acid solutions of the obtained compound have a characteristic strongly green fluorescence, which disappears when an excess of mineral acid is added. Pale yellow dihydrochloride of this compound dissolves easily in water, hardly in ethanol. Example VII. 2.6-diaminoquinoline. 11.4 g of 2-amino-6-nitroquinoline (Journal fik praktische Chemie, vol. 93, p. 386, and Berichte der deutschen ehemischen Ge-sellschaft, vol. 58f p. 806) are reduced at about 40 ° C in 150 cm3 of ethanol with the aid of palladium and hydrogen. After 3-4 hours the reduction is complete. As soon as the pith is completely dissolved after greater heating, the resulting solution is filtered off from the catalyst, acidified with alcoholic hydrochloric acid and given with ether; 13 g of 2,6-diaminoquinoline dihydrochloride are isolated. The obtained salt is dissolved for purification in hot water, slightly alkalinizes the hot solution with ammonia, purifies it with a small amount of animal charcoal and passes it hot. Upon cooling, the base is separated as gray-yellow colored needles which melt at 219 ° C, staining dark. Unlike the isomeric 4.6 compound, the aqueous base solution has only a slightly alkaline reaction in the presence of phenolphthalein. The dihydrochloride of this base dissolves readily in water. Example VIII. 4-amino-6-cinnamoylaminoquinindine. 8.7 g of 4.6-diaminoquinidine (see Example 1) are dissolved in 50 cc of glacial acetic acid and 8.5 g of cinnamic acid chloride are added to the resulting solution while stirring. A reaction with heat evolution takes place, and a colorless 4-amino-6-cyamoylaminoquinidine hydrochloride is immediately produced. After heating briefly in a water bath, the reaction product is diluted with ether, filtered off with a suction pump and washed with ether. The yield of the compound obtained is 17 g. It dissolves easily in water with low heating. A colorless base is precipitated from the aqueous solution with alkaline substances, forming, after recrystallization from aqueous ethanol, a crystalline powder, melting at 253-254 ° C. In the same manner, 4-amino-6-ethylaminoquinidine is prepared from the 4-amino-6-ethylaminoquinidine described in Example 4. - 4 —Example IX. 4-amino-S-cy14m
