Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w slowno-graficzno-kolorystycznym ukladzie etykiety. Etykieta przedstawiona jest na rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok etykiety w odmianie pierwszej, fig. 2 przedstawia etykiete w odmianie drugiej, fig. 3 przedstawia etykiete w odmianie trzeciej, fig. 4 przedstawia etykiete w odmianie czwartej, fig. 5 przedstawia etykiete w odmianie piatej, zas fig. 6 przedstawia etykiete w odmianie szóstej. Etykieta wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostokata, który sklada sie z szerokiego pasa w kolorze zóltym w jasnym odcieniu i kolorowego pasa dolnego, którego kolorystyka zmienia sie w poszcze- gólnych odmianach w zaleznosci od rodzaju produktu. Wzdluz zóltego pasa od góry usytuowane sa obok siebie dwa cienkie paski w ciemniejszym kolorze zóltym, o zróznicowanej grubosci. Na kolorowym pasie równiez umieszczone sa dwa cienkie zólte paski w odleglosci od siebie umozliwiajacej umieszczenie pomiedzy nimi napisu z nazwa produktu. Po lewej stronie etykiety umieszczona jest fotografia w odcieniu sepii przedstawiajaca fragment starej hali produkcyjnej. W srodkowej czesci etykiety od góry usytuowana jest podwójna eliptyczna obwoluta wykonana liniami o zróznicowanej grubosci w kolorze czarnym. Wewnatrz elipsy umieszczona jest korona z dwiema falistymi wstegami. Ponizej elipsy umieszczony jest w dwóch rzedach napis MUSZTARDA KIELECKA wykonany duzymi drukowanymi literami w kolorze czarnym. Tlo napisu w centralnej czesci jest biale i rozmywa sie po bokach w kolor zólty. Ponizej napisu usytuowana jest grafika w postaci kompleksu budynków wykonana w kolorze sepii. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the label's verbal, graphic, and color arrangement. The label is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the first version of the label, Fig. 2 shows the second version of the label, Fig. 3 shows the third version of the label, Fig. 4 shows the fourth version of the label, Fig. 5 shows the fifth version of the label, and Fig. 6 shows the sixth version of the label. According to the design, the label is rectangular, consisting of a wide, light-yellow band and a colored bottom band, the color of which changes in each variation depending on the product type. Along the top of the yellow band, two thin, darker yellow bands of varying thickness are placed side by side. The colored stripe also features two thin yellow stripes, spaced apart enough to accommodate the product name. On the left side of the label is a sepia-toned photograph depicting a section of an old production hall. At the top of the label's center, a double elliptical wrapper is created with black lines of varying thickness. Within the ellipse is a crown with two wavy ribbons. Below the ellipse, the inscription "MUSZTARDA KIELECKA" appears in two rows in large, black block letters. The background of the inscription in the central part is white, fading to yellow on the sides. Below the inscription is a sepia-toned graphic depicting a complex of buildings. In the first variation, the coloured stripe is burgundy and has the inscription DELIKATESOWA as shown in Fig. 1. In the second variation, the coloured stripe is green and has the inscription KREMSKA as shown in Fig. 2. In the third variation, the coloured stripe is black and has the inscription SAREPSKA as shown in Fig. 3. In the fourth variation, the coloured stripe is navy blue and has the inscription CHRZANOWA as shown in Fig. 4. In the fifth variation, the coloured stripe is red and has the inscription PIKANTNA as shown in Fig. 5. In the sixth variation, the coloured stripe is brown and has the inscription ROSYJSKA as shown in Fig. 6. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The label according to the design has the shape of a rectangle, which consists of a wide stripe of light yellow and a coloured lower stripe, the colour of which changes in individual variations depending on the type of product. Along the top yellow stripe, two thin stripes of darker yellow, varying in thickness, are placed side by side. The colored stripe also contains two thin yellow stripes, spaced apart enough to allow for the product name to be placed between them. On the left side of the label is a sepia-toned photograph depicting a section of the old production hall. In the center of the top label, at the top, is a double elliptical wrapper, made with black lines of varying thickness. Inside the ellipse is a crown with two wavy ribbons. Below the ellipse, the inscription "MUSZTARDA KIELECKA" appears in two rows in large, black block letters. The background of the inscription in the central part is white, fading to yellow on the sides. Below the inscription there is a graphic in the form of a building complex made in sepia as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 6. 2.
