Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest instrument muzyczny, przejawiajacy sie w ukladzie barw, elementów i polaczeniu poszczególnych cech tworzacych wzór. Instrument muzyczny wedlug wzoru skladajacy sie z plytek, paleczek, tasmy, posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci podstawy instrumentu, w rzucie z góry o ksztalcie prostokata, na którego górnej czesci osadzona jest tasma w postaci jednego paska równoleglego do dluzszego boku prostokata, przy czym tasma ta podzielona jest równoleglymi do siebie przeszyciami na mniejsze fragmenty, w które wlozone sa róznokolorowe plytki. Plytki sa w nastepujacych po sobie kolorach: biala, niebieska, zielona, fioletowa, czerwona, zólta, pomaranczowa i biala. Ponadto instrument posiada zamocowana po przeciwleglej do plytek stronie tasme, w która wlozone sa konce paleczek, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji, fig. 1 – 6. Instrument muzyczny przedstawiony na fig. 1 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci podstawy instrumentu (1), w rzucie z góry o ksztalcie prostokata, na którego górnej czesci osadzona jest tasma (2) w postaci jednego paska równoleglego do dluzszego boku prostokata, przy czym tasma ta podzielona jest równoleglymi do siebie przeszyciami (3) na mniejsze fragmenty (4), w które wlozone sa róznokolorowe plytki (5) i paleczki (6). Plytki sa w nastepujacych po sobie kolorach: biala, niebieska, zielona, fioletowa, czerwona, zólta, pomaranczowa i biala. Natomiast dwie paleczki sa w kolorze: jedna – czerwonym, druga – zielonym. Ponadto instrument posiada zamocowana po przeciwleglej stronie do plytek (5), tasme (7), w która wlozone sa konce paleczek (6), jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji, fig. 1. Instrument muzyczny przedstawiony na fig. 2 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci podstawy instrumentu (1), w rzucie z góry o ksztalcie prostokata, na którego górnej czesci osadzona jest tasma (2) w postaci jednego paska równoleglego do dluzszego boku prostokata, przy czym tasma ta podzielona jest równoleglymi do siebie przeszyciami (3) na mniejsze fragmenty (4), w które wlozone sa róznokolorowe plytki (5) i paleczki (6). Plytki sa w nastepujacych po sobie kolorach: biala, niebieska, zielona, fioletowa, czerwona, zólta, pomaranczowa i biala. Natomiast dwie paleczki sa w kolorze: jedna – czerwonym, druga – zielonym. Ponizej róznokolorowych plytek (5) na podstawie instrumentu (1) narysowane sa cienkie kolorowe linie (9) – od dolu w nastepujacych kolorach: zielona, czerwona, pomaranczowa, niebieska, i fioletowa, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji, fig. 2. Instrument muzyczny przedstawiony na fig. 3 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci podstawy instrumentu (1), w rzucie z góry o ksztalcie prostokata, na którego górnej czesci osadzona jest tasma (2) w postaci jednego paska równoleglego do dluzszego boku prostokata, przy czym tasma ta podzielona jest równoleglymi do siebie przeszyciami (3) na mniejsze fragmenty (4), w które wlozone sa róznokolorowe plytki (5) i paleczka (6). The musical instrument, according to the design, consists of plates, sticks, and a ribbon. It possesses essential features of an industrial design: the instrument's base, viewed from above, is rectangular, with a ribbon mounted on its upper part in the form of a single strip parallel to the longer side of the rectangle. This ribbon is divided by parallel stitching into smaller sections, into which colorful plates are inserted. The plates are in the following colors: white, blue, green, purple, red, yellow, orange, and white. In addition, the instrument has a tape attached to the side opposite the plates, into which the ends of the sticks are inserted, as shown in the attached illustration, fig. 1 – 6. The musical instrument according to the pattern is shown in the attached illustration, fig. 1 – 6, in which: Fig. 1 – shows a musical instrument with sticks and colored lines, Fig. 3 – shows a musical instrument with a stick, Fig. 4 – shows a musical instrument without sticks, Fig. 5 – shows a musical instrument without sticks, from the side of the plates, Fig. 6 – shows the back of the musical instrument. The musical instrument shown in Fig. 1 has essential features of an industrial design in the form of an instrument base (1), in a top view in the shape of a rectangle, on the upper part of which a ribbon (2) is mounted in the form of a single strip parallel to the longer side of the rectangle, this ribbon being divided by parallel stitching (3) into smaller sections (4) into which are inserted colorful plates (5) and drumsticks (6). The plates are in the following colors: white, blue, green, purple, red, yellow, orange, and white. Two drumsticks are colored: one red, the other green. Furthermore, the instrument has a ribbon (7) attached to the opposite side of the plates (5), into which the ends of the drumsticks (6) are inserted, as shown in the accompanying illustration, Fig. 1. The musical instrument shown in Fig. 2 has essential industrial design features in the form of the instrument's base (1), in a top view in the shape of a rectangle, on the upper part of which a ribbon (2) is mounted in the form of a single strip parallel to the longer side of the rectangle, this ribbon being divided by parallel stitching (3) into smaller sections (4) into which multicolored plates (5) and drumsticks (6) are inserted. The plates are in the following colors: white, blue, green, purple, red, yellow, orange, and white. Two drumsticks are colored: one red, the other green. Furthermore, the instrument has a ribbon (7) attached on the side opposite the plates (5), into which the ends of the drumsticks (6) are inserted.
