Description

Opis wynalazkuDescription of the invention

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest układ urządzenia wentylacyjnego z wymiennikiem do odzyskiwania ciepła.The subject of the invention is an arrangement of a ventilation device with a heat recovery exchanger.

So far, there are known and practically used supply-exhaust air handling units equipped with an exchanger for recovering heat from the air ejected into the atmosphere, in which a summer bypass damper on the fresh air side is used to protect this exchanger against frost. In summer, this damper is fully open. On the other hand, in the period of low external temperatures, e.g. below -3 or even only -2 ° C, the degree of opening of this damper is selected by the automatic control system so that the lowest value of the diaphragm temperature in this exchanger is safely higher than that which poses a risk of frost on the area of this diaphragm, i.e. about 2 ° C to 3 ° C above zero. The application of this principle in this exchanger causes less cooling of the exhaust air at a negative outside temperature lower than at a higher negative temperature - e.g. at the outside temperature of -10 ° C, the cooling of the exhaust air is lower than at the outside temperature of -2 ° C. When these AHUs are used for rooms where the exhaust air has a temperature of about 20 ° C, it is the cause of about 10% reduction in the annual amount of heat recovered in this exchanger. In scientific and technical journals on this subject - including the monthly Ciepłownictwo Ogrzewnictwo Wentylacja no. 10/1994 pp. 391-393 - there is a proposal to solve this problem by using an additional heater in the section between the fresh air intake and this heat recovery exchanger. However, this solution is too expensive and too burdensome in operation to obtain the above-mentioned 10% increase in the amount of heat recovered. In the systems of ventilation devices with heat recovery used so far - in the longitudinal vertical section of these devices - in the section of the exchanger for heat recovery - the fresh air flow path crosses the exhaust air flow path, which is the reason why the above-mentioned summer bypass damper is located “in the second row behind this heat exchanger, which causes design and operational difficulties. In so far offered on the market and described in the literature - systems of ventilation devices with heat recovery - also in the case of the smallest devices, e.g. for residential rooms, the problem of preventing frost formation still poses difficulties, which significantly worsens the balance of costs and effects performed to assess the appropriateness of the application those ventilation devices there. Polish patent application no. P-353 985 describes a sealing system for heat recovery chambers in a ventilation device with the aforementioned heat exchanger, but in this device none of the above-mentioned negative features of the device systems previously described in the literature and offered on the market has been eliminated.

Then the air flowing through the space 24, the heater 25, the space 26, through the outlet 27, is fed to the ventilated room. The space 26 is separated from the space 18 by a partition 29, with a throttle 30, the adjustable degree of opening of which during the period of negative outside temperature values ensures a sufficiently high temperature of the exchanger 2. 2 for a fresh air flow, i.e. in the summer period, damper 32 is fully or partially open, while damper 28 is closed. The space 7 is connected with the space 24 with a throttle 33 - enabling recirculation of the exhaust air and its re-supplying to the room, e.g. in the case of heating the room with a heater 25 in the absence of pollutants in this room reducing the freshness of the air.

After the space 7 is cooled down in the exchanger 2, water vapor condensed from itself is left on the drop eliminator 11, and this air is supplied through the conduit 13 to the launcher connected to the atmosphere. Fresh air is supplied from the inlet to the device 1 - flowing through the throttle 17 through the space 18 to the fan 19, then it flows through the filter 20, is preheated on the exchanger 2, and after passing through the space 24, it is heated on the heater 25 and is supplied through the conduit 27 to the ventilated rooms. Damper 15 with the duct section connecting the space 5 with the duct 13 - forms a summer bypass for the exchanger 2 for the exhaust air. During the summer, throttle 15 is fully or partially open and throttle 16 is closed. The damper 32 with the line 35, "in the second row downstream of the exchanger 2, forms a summer bypass of the exchanger 2 for fresh air, i.e. in summer the damper 32 is partially or completely open, while the damper 28 is closed. The space 7 is connected to the space 24 with a damper 33 allowing recirculation of exhaust air into the room.

Natomiast dla powietrza świeżego w okresie lata korzystne jest zamknięcie przepustnicy 17, oraz przepustnicy 30.Fig. 3 shows the application of the inventive arrangement of a ventilation device 1 with a heat recovery exchanger 2, in which a damper 30 with an adjustable degree of opening ensures, at a negative outside temperature, the temperature of the exchanger membrane 2 to be kept sufficiently high, since the damper 30 connects the living space. , in which there is a sufficiently high air temperature with the space 18 of the fresh air conduit in the section from the inlet to the exchanger 2. The ventilation device 1 shown in Fig. 3 with a recovery exchanger is connected with collective ducts 36 discharging this air to the atmosphere through the fan 37. Air this is sucked in from the toilet room 38 and the bathroom through the exhaust air 39, from the kitchen room 40 through the exhaust air 41, then it is filtered on the filter 6, cooled in the exchanger 2, dropped out on the drop eliminator 11 and delivered through the valve 42 to the above-mentioned collective conduit 36. P Fresh air from the intake 43, the throttle 17 flows into the space 18, then it is filtered on the filter 20, heated in the exchanger 2, and fed with the fan 44 to the air inlets 45 in the living room 46, and in other rooms 47. Throttle 30, the adjustable degree of opening at the negative values of the external temperature ensure that the temperature of the exchanger diaphragm is maintained sufficiently high - it connects the exhaust air 49 located in the living room 46 with the space 18 located on the section from the intake 43 to the exchanger 2 through the conduit 48. into space 18 by an air damper 30 from the kitchen instead of from the living room during periods when the air in the kitchen is less polluted than the air in the living room. Gate valves 52 - connecting exhaust fans 39 and 41 with collective ducts 36 act as a bypass for the summer exchanger 2 for the exhaust air, i.e. in summer they are open, while the gate 42 is closed. For fresh air, it is advantageous to close the damper 17 in summer, and the throttle 30.
