Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa przeznaczona do oswietlania przestrzeni otwartych. Lampa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona w odmianach na rysunkach w widoku z przodu, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia pochylona lampe w postaci slupa zakonczonego w górnej cze- sci kloszem w kolorze pomaranczowym, a w czesci dolnej opiera sie o podloze, zas lampa w czesci srodkowej slupa podparta jest sylwetka o zarysie czlowieka podpartego o slup glowa i karkiem, a jego jedna noga opiera sie o podloze, a druga noga zalozona jest na nia, przy czym slup i sylwetka czlo- wieka sa w kolorze czarnym. The lamp according to the industrial design is shown in variants in the drawings in a front view, where Fig. 1 shows a tilted lamp in the form of a pole topped with an orange lampshade at the top, resting on the ground at the bottom, while the lamp is supported in the middle of the pole by a silhouette in the shape of a person leaning on the pole with their head and neck, with one leg resting on the ground and the other leg folded over it, with the pole and the human silhouette being black. Fig. 2 shows a leaning lamp in the form of a pole with an orange lampshade at the top, resting on the ground at the bottom. The lamp is supported in the middle of the pole by a silhouette of a person supporting the lampshade with their back, with one leg on the ground and the other raised between the first leg and the pole, with the pole and the person's silhouette being black. Fig. 3 shows a leaning lamp in the form of a pole with an orange lampshade at the top, resting on the ground at the bottom. The lower part of the pole shows a silhouette of a person holding the lampshade with one hand and raising their other hand, with their legs spread apart on the ground, with the pole and the person's silhouette being black. Fig. 4 shows a leaning lamp in the form of a pole with an orange lampshade at the top, resting on the ground at the bottom. The lamp is supported in the middle of the pole by a silhouette of a person standing in a forward position, supporting the pole with two raised arms, with the pole and the silhouette of the person in black. Fig. 5 shows a leaning lamp in the form of a pole with an orange lampshade at the top, resting on the ground at the bottom. The lamp is supported in the upper part of the pole by a silhouette of a person standing straight with their back to the lamp, with one leg tilted back and supporting the lamp pole with their head and one arm, with the pole and the silhouette of the person in black. Fig. 6 shows a leaning lamp in the form of a pole topped with an orange lampshade at the top, resting on the ground at the bottom. The lamp is supported in the middle of the pole by a silhouette of a person holding the pole with their first hand, head, and the front of their foot, while the second leg rests on the ground, and the other hand is placed behind their head and rests their elbow on the knee of the first leg. The pole and the silhouette of the person are black. A significant feature of the industrial design is that the lamp is made of steel covered with black paint and consists of a metal pole topped with an orange glass lampshade at the top. In the inclined lamp variation, the middle section of the pole is supported by a silhouette of a person leaning against the pole with their head and neck, with one leg resting on the ground and the other placed on top of it. In the inclined lamp variation, the middle section of the pole is supported by a silhouette of a person supporting the pole with their back, with one leg on the ground and the other raised between the first leg and the pole. In the inclined lamp variation, the lower section of the pole has a silhouette of a person holding the pole with one hand, the other raised, and their legs resting on the ground with their legs spread apart. In the inclined lamp variation, the middle section of the pole is supported by a silhouette of a person standing in a lunge position, supporting the pole with both arms raised upwards. In the inclined lamp variant, the upper part of the pole is supported by a silhouette of a person standing straight with their back to the lamp, with one leg tilted back and supporting the lamp pole with their head and one hand.
